Fantastic service and awesome customer service by Mr Prakash..He really made my day today with his jovial/funny attitude and lively personality. He really deserves a promotion. Great service, the best I've ever seen. The food is very good too and Mr Prakash made it even better. Ambience of hotel is good..

I can say that Hotel Blossoms lacks hospitality and not worth the stay. Upon check in, loud heavy metal music was playing at the lobby as if I was in a disco. Is this the ambience to set for a hotel? This is clearly under poor management and the upper level lacks experience. The rooms are dirty and the dustbin is fully stained, looking as if it is uncleaned for months. There are literally no amenities in the bathroom such as handtowel, bathmat and glass to place toothbrushes etc. Housekeeping has mentioned that these are only available on request. As far as I remember, I did not book a stay in a budget hotel. What kind of housekeeping management is being conducted here? If you wish to save cost, this is not how you do it towards international guests. Breakfast is from 7am to 10pm. There are members of staff from the restaurant calling me at 8.20am telling that breakfast ends at 9.30am. What kind of hotel calls their guests and tells them the promised breakfast time ends at 9.30am? So the guests need to rush to finish their breakfast? The so called restaurant manager is defensive saying that the phone call served as a reminder. I have no words. Coming to the worst breakfast experience. ALL food is served cold in the buffet. I have attached all the pictures here. The nuggets are burnt, fries are cold. Oats are labelled as oat milk. Does the hotel even know the difference between oats and oat milk? They need a full training on the naming of foods. Tables are not set at all, convincing me further that this is a budget hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and will not be returning here again. I am downgrading this hotel to 2 Stars as they failed to meet my expectations. I could always go to Mariott as I am a worldwide member with them. I thought my stay in Blossoms would be memorable, but it was entirely the opposite. For future travellers, kindly proceed to Mariott and do not stay in this budget hotel. Thank you.

We checked in at the Blossoms Hotel for a couple nights stay! The hotel staff were top notch! Service wa very good! I wauld like to share my experience at the Roof Top Restaurant! The crew managing the entire floor are awesome! We had a very hearty meal that was customized to our needs! They go out of the way and within reason to accommodate, guest preferences and dietary needs! To top all of tha, we hopened to meet Prakash S, who happened to be helping us out at our table! The kid has a lot of promise and displays excellent attitude in customer service! Food tastes so much better, when served with a smile and a conversation that is so casual! We loved his service and recommend the hotel team to acknowledge his demenor abd customer service! Thanks Prakash for the wonderful time you provided us! Good luck to you!

well maintained hotel. We ate at Mullai restaurant all three times. They had Onam theme dinner buffet with a wide spread of item which tasted well. The hospitality of all the wait staff is excellent, each one of them went above their job and made sure we got what we wanted to eat. Prakash S., one of the wait staff is interning here and was quite interactive with us. He is an ambitious young *** who is eager to do well at his job while also studying to get his Diploma in Hospitality. Even with his grueling schedule in this Tiruchi heat, he has a smiling disposition and takes care of all the guests with much care. South India truly stands for hospitality. I hope his hard work and dedication gets him much success in his career and his leadership recognizes his and his coworkers’ hard work and compensates them well. Wishing the very best to Prakash and his peers.

We stayed in multiple hotels during our business trip. Blossom was one of the best. The Rooms are big and well maintained, nice laundry and housekeeping services, good restaurant at rooftop with swimming pool. Friendly staff specially at front office. It was my 3rd time stay at this hotel. It is my now my favorite hotel to stay at Trichy. Spacious and hygienic rooms, good food and excellent service. Located close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and well trained Staff at your service. Highly recommend.

We are senior citizens and came to Trichy for the pilgrimage. We had an executive suite room. The bedrooms was large and spacious with two bathrooms and a living room. They maintain the cleanliness in the entire hotel. The bath rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous staff, particularly the rooftop restaurant staff. The general manager Mr. Saravanakumar Murugan is very kind and caring, our special thanks to him. We look forward to our next visit soon to Hotel Blossoms with the entire family.
