Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Bad war größer als der Durchschnitt, und mit einem Bidet ausgestattet, was sehr selten, dafür umso angenehmer ist. Die Klimaanlage lief auf Grund der Temperaturen auf Hochtouren und kühlte das Zimmer angenem, so dass ein guter Nachtschlaf möglich war. Die Betten waren außerhalb jeder Kritik. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, was sehr angenehm ist. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück bot für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die angebotenen Speisen wurden frisch nachgelegt. Das Obst und Gemüse war frisch und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Wir werden das Hotel immer wieder auswählen.

I have booked the penthouse located on the last floor and the experience was outstanding. The suite is extremely spacious with an absolutely fabulous interior design. I highly appreciated the large area to relax or work during the day with large sofas and elegant tables. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep due to the large bed that was perfectly designed to have a great night. The bathroom was also astonishing, extremely spacious, well designed, equipped with both shower and tube which created a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were perfect and I found everything I needed (plenty of high quality Rituals cosmetics, amenity kits for everything and the Harmon Kardon sound system). The large outdoor terrace completed the breathtaking experience, thanks to the amazing view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, rich and all dishes were well designed in order to have each day a different breakfast selection. The restaurant is clearly an international one providing a fine dining atmosphere. Of course, everything is done by the highly professional staff and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Florin and his amazing team: Dani and Pavel from front desk (for always being there to support me with everything needed for a great stay); Fabius, John and Nicu from the restaurant (for their friendly attitude, pleasant discussions, good vibe and great recommendations for a fine dining experience); Mirela and Roxana from breakfast (for creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day with a great breakfast).

Il servizio è molto povero. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, ho detto che abbiamo prenotazioni senza pagare. Ho anche pagato la stanza di Trip.com mezzo giorno prima. Ho visto l'ordine al cameriere, cioè non pagato. Io e i miei amici siamo stati alla reception per più di mezz'ora e finalmente il servizio clienti di Trip.com è stato risolto, Il servizio clienti di Trip.com è molto paziente per aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Invia anche il buono in contanti di Trip.com come compensazione. Infine, ho trovato un po'di conforto nel cuore e sono molto deluso per l'hotel.

LLuoweishuangLa porta del popolo non è molto buona per trovare, il telefono dato a Trip.com è anche sbagliato. È meglio che ci porti un corriere alla porta, e chiami il capo per inserire la password e entrare nella porta. Quando sono arrivati al popolare, sono già le otto di sera. La reception è uscito dal lavoro. L'intero processo telefonico è stato comunicato. Ho avuto la porta aperta per trovare la stanza molto grande. Il bagno è molto grande, le finestre sono anche grandi. Non mi sento bene. Il corridoio e la decorazione delle scale sono calde. Vale la pena ricordare che qui fornisce un'unica trappola, un dente e un dente.Tutti questi sono bruciati, sono dormiti bene.

L'hotel è stato prenotato per un soggiorno di notte mentre andavamo alla nostra destinazione finale nel sud della Romania. Anche se siamo arrivati dopo le 11:00 abbiamo trovato acqua calda per avere una doccia per me e il mio partner (è sempre fastidioso quando arrivano in un hotel e non c'è acqua come).Abbiamo trovato anche un parcheggio vicino all'hotel anche se arrivammo tardi. Un altro vantaggio per noi è che l'hotel ha 24/7 ricevimento, perché chiunque abbia bisogno di attraversare la frontiera sa che non si può mai stimare questo tempo. Inoltre, hanno la possibilità di avere colazione al mattino che non è incluso nel prezzo dell'hotel. La colazione era molto buona, da uova a diversi tipi di formaggio e di ham, eccetera.In generale, se si vuole mangiare bene la colazione che si offrono è una buona varietà. L'hotel non è situato in modo centrale, quindi forse non lo consiglierei a qualcuno che vuole visitare Timisoara ( a meno che non vogliono prendere la macchina e guidare) ma per noi come fermata lungo il nostro percorso la posizione era perfetta - vicino all'autostrada e al gas stazione e facile da raggiungere in una delle periferie delle città.

UUtente ospiteWe spent two nights at the Hotel Reghina Blue. We have some very positive comments about some features and enjoyed our stay, but it could easily have been made much better. The hotel is situated further than we anticipated from the city centre. It is a good half hour's walk to Victory Square. We discovered later that there is a useful tram line (no 6) but there was no information about this at the hotel. There is free parking in front of the hotel and in a car park at the side. The hotel is modern and is decorated with interesting old photos of Timisoara buildings of the past. Our room was large with plenty of space for our luggage. It was clean and stylish. The bed was a little firmer than I like. The bedside lamps did not direct light to the bed and so it was not possible to read in bed, and it was necessary to get out of bed to turn them on and off. Otherwise it was a pleasant and comfortable room. The bathroom was fine and the shower worked well. Wifi was free and the signal was strong. On our first night we dined in the hotel. We had only just arrived in Romania and did not have any local currency and so thought it would be easiest. We had a very decent meal. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking as we were almost the only people there, but the hotel could not do anything about that. Breakfast was included in the price and was a self-service buffet. Some of it was very good: cold meat and cheese, bread, cakes and fruit. The hot offering was less appealling. It looked as if the fried eggs had been on display since the restaurant opened at 7am and were still there an hour later. The sausages, too, were lukewarm. If these items had not been present I would have thought it an excellent breakfast. The staff could have been more helpful. Only the breakfast waiter made an effort to be welcoming to guests. We found on our first evening that the safe in our room was not working. Perhaps it needed new batteries. We told the receptionist who came to have a look. She was not able to solve the problem herself and said she would get someone to come and deal with it the next day, but this never happened. We were given a map of the city which was very useful but we were given incorrect information when we asked about changing money and buying a ”vignette” to allow us to drive in Romania. We were directed to a bank along the road but this was closed and looked as if it had closed down a long time previously. Fortunately a very helpful lady in the travel office next door helped us to buy a vignette online and directed us to a nearby exchange office. The staff in the hotel really should have done this. They could also have told us about the tram mentioned earlier in this review. We only found out about it when we went to the tourist information office in the centre of the city. There was a pleasant courtyard garden and an outdoor swimming pool which we would have enjoyed if we had visited in the summer.

Molto datato nell’arredo mento ma sicuramente confortevole e funzionale. Vicino all’aeroporto e al centro cittadino. Unica cosa che onestamente non ho capito, è la sala colazione al primo piano. Come mai tutte le finestre chiuse? Creano un ambiente molto “triste”
