I'd read the reviews before booking, as they were very conflicting. We have stayed in the main Belambra up the road and so this was a change for us. Pierre was so lovely, he made sure to remember us when we arrived for dinner etc. Also accommodating us when we asked for our 3 rooms to be close. The rooms are tiny but we weren't there for the rooms we were there to ski and boy did we love it. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the main ski lifts and the ski shop is over the road, if coming through the boot room. Its a warm and friendly hotel and as a family of 6 and me as a vegan, we had zero complaints. They went out of their way to make sure I had a nice main meal, every evening. There was literally no wait time to be seated or to have your meal served. There was a buffet for starter which consisted of salads, breads and soup, a menu for main course and so many cold desserts to chose from. There are cafes along the street and we stopped for crepes and hot chocolate most days after skiing. I'd definitely recommend this little hotel for your next ski trip and it may not have a spa or fancy interiors but one should never judge a book by its cover!

We decided to stay at the Belambra Tignes La Diva last minute. Every member of staff that we came across was friendly and helpful, which made us look beyond the fact that the hotel is rather tired. Check in was easy, and we felt very welcome. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the slopes which was fab. One thing I would say on that is that this side of the hotel can be prone to be noisy through the night as people come out of the bars! Our room was on the small side but had plenty of storage and the balcony made it feel bigger. If we went again I would make sure we had a balcony room. We felt the breakfast was a little disappointing - whilst there was plenty of options, much of it felt low quality - however it was fine to fuel up for the day. We did not take dinner there. The locker room is rather chaotic if you try to get out at peak time. There is only one small bench to sit on to do boots etc. The hotel is really close to the main ski lifts and there is a bus stop right outside. Would we stay there again? Yes we would!

Fantastic Location, minutes from 3/4 different ski lifts and easy access to the upper level of Val Claret for a bit of apres. The rooms however could do with a refresh - as a single occupant I was allocated a triple room - lots of space and storage - whilst friends in a double room found it very tight and cramped - rooms could have been allocated a bit better as the smaller double would have been fine for one. Breakfast was a mixed bag - cooked options weren't great but plenty of continental offerings to keep you going. Dinner was buffet starter/dessert with plated main which was usually pretty good - wine drinkable. All the staff were very nice and accommodating - however it was a tad expensive considering what you got. But as I said the location is fantastic for skiing

We decided to return to the Belambra Tignes La Diva in late March, after just moving house. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful, and put our luggage in a room while we waited for our room to be ready. As we’ve stayed here before quite a few times over the years, we knew the procedure of checking in. Our checking in and out was very easy and straightforward, no problems at all. Our room was on the side of the hotel, overlooking the shops. The room was small, but we booked late so we didn’t expect much availability of rooms. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and lots of choice, we go down for breakfast for about 08:00 knowing that the food can be sparse later on. Our set evening meal, and buffet desserts very really tasty and a great selection of choice off the menu. We found the atmosphere to be very relaxing and staff were very welcoming and friendly as always. At some hotels at dinner it can be a bit overwhelming, but not here at all. We enjoyed our week staying the Belambra Le Diva in Tignes, and we have booked another week in late March again for 2025. Looking forward to our trip.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fixed a locked room for our bikes and parking as soon as we arrived. Nice room with a Mountain View only a little bad that we not had any furniture at the balcony. Nice breakfast included in the nice priced room. Stayed here three nights and we hopefully comeback sometimes in the summer.

Superb location and a clean hotel , rooms were very cramped but clean The food was the hotel’s main let down Breakfast was very poor evening meals not good We had 2 meals we all said was average over the week the rest were really poor Wifi worked great and most the staff seemed friendly

+ Hotel was warm, clean, friendly staff in all departments, great location for slopes, buses & village centre, cold breakfast good selection & availability, evening food good choice well presented & prepared, wine included with evening meal, Xmas dinner was excellent with champagne, wifi was a good signal all around hotel, 3 or 4 English channels on TV, separate toilet from bathroom for convenience +/- Boot room only one bench to sit on, we sat on chairs by the hotel lifts to change, rooms on small side, we had a room for 4 used the top bunk for storage as there was 3 of us 4 people would have been a tight squeeze certainly for storage - Hot breakfast was poor in choice & availability, check in a little late 5pm Would we go back ...... yes

Christmas stay for a week was a good experience for us. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, lots of hot water and room was quiet and clean albeit very old fashioned. Breakfast was hectic with a lot of people all wanting to get on the slopes but choices are many. Dinner was fine, wine was drinkable and Christmas Gala dinner was exceptionally good indeed. Nice open fire in the bar. Access to lifts great. Not a luxurious Hotel but all in all would recommend.

The hotel was french version of Faulty Towers, rude staff, food rubbish no veggy options, bathroom filthy stainted chipped seen better in a skip outside an old hospital. Maybe we should upcycle more but then I dont like broken fithy bathrooms even if I managed to whitewash it to look so french. Good thing was it was the heat of the sun 24 hrs a day which made sleeping a real treat. Not that the very old mattress didnt conform to nice hollow for me to sweat in. The airport was a joke with no facilities; this didnt matter as we were lucky to stand in a queue for thr 2.5 hrs so didnt need anything. Return transfer bus took forever and return transfer info was harder to get than a CIA instruction. Still the cheerfull rep spoke to us all so joyfully we all broke into song and cried with joy. Wonderful way to waste my savings. Merry Christmas
