Meraviglioso hotel con uno staff incredibile. Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Era il nostro anniversario e la nostra camera era decorata per noi. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel!!

Il nostro soggiorno in hotel è stato assolutamente fantastico! La reception ci ha aiutato con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, erano anche cordiali. È stato molto facile comunicare con loro. Le camere erano molto pulite e tutto era perfetto. La colazione era deliziosa, molto! Questo è stato sicuramente uno dei nostri viaggi preferiti.

a famous brand with certain confidence in the quality. not bad to ride share-bike to the hotel from public transport stops. booked the package with seafood buffet hotpot dinner, which was good as expected with unlimited hairy crabs, beer & wine provided. the night view of my room of the river was excellent.

The hotel was nice! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Favorite hotel in Tianjin. Better than ritz or others nearby

had a good stay, although we realised that it’s quite far (not walkable distance) to the more happening areas of the town, but close to those tourist attractions, we would prefer closer to local spot hotels as we prefer experiencing their food, activities and culture

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

Excellent service and attention to detail. Ranks as one of our favorite hotels in China and are usually good for an upgrade. They checked us in early as we got an early flight. Rooms are very big and In good condition. The only gripe would be the children’s play area. We felt it should offer more for this standard of hotel. Special thanks to Nancy

Hotel location is great with very nice river view, however, cleanliness was poor.
