Mi è piaciuto Molto! Struttura nuova o forse recentemente ristrutturata, moderna, di design, nel cuore di Thun.

PENSSO che tutti della struttira sono molto ingamba e anno voglia di costruire un abiente molto educata e fine ... pensso che sono anche molto bravi perche ciercano anche se alcuni con fatica a parlare anche italiano. Le ragazze che controllano chi escie chi entra sono anche molto brave a cosigliare e dare dei benefici per pagare meno cierte attia come bus ( se vuii andare in montani ) o seno i tragetti o seno le mostre) il personale della cucina sembrano molto professionali e socializano con i ospiti e ciercano di farti gistare le loro pietanze con molta eleganza.Lunicca pecca pecca ... forse le pulizie non sono fatte bene ... a me il secondo giorno mi e rimasto tutto come il giorno seguente.

Ottimo hotel in centro Thun , posizione perfetta per visitare questa bellissima cittadina . Suite Panorama , molto bella con vista sul fiume . Buona la pulizia della camera e anche una bella cosa che si più fare un ottima colazione già alle 6.30 . Parcheggio sotterraneo molto comodo . Personale molto gentile .

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were more than willing to hold onto our luggage for a few hours after we checked out and took a day trip to Eggishorn.

Overall, it was not a good experience due to the unfriendliness of the staff at the reception desk. The facilities were good given that the hotel has been recently renovated. We could still smell the chemicals used for renewing the building (this wasn’t an issue but gives an idea of how new it all was). The staff at the reception was simply rude and unfriendly. They seemed to be angry at having guests arriving. After staying in Zermatt and Zürich where we were welcomed to our stay, here it was as if we were bothering by checking in. I believe management should address this, as the location and facilities are great, but arriving and feeling unwelcomed is not the best feeling when staying at a hotel. If service is improved, I would definitely come back.

Booked directly through the hotel website. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Room overlooked the river and had a great view. The overall quality of the room, materials, and amenities was high. We did not hear any other noise while in our room. Bed was comfortable w/ USB and iPhone ports bedside. Staff was friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to the train station. We did not try the restaurant.

Perfect location in the center of the old town, close to public transportations (trains and buses). Very clean and spacious room, good bed, quiet with view on the river, and great service.

Property is recently renovated and very stylish, with a consistent aesthetic throughout. Furnishing and finishings are well thought out, modern, and luxurious.
The property itself is ideally situated, with lovely views of the Aare River, the historic covered bridge/dam, and the architecturally interesting surrounding buildings.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and very functional. Very nice shower. Balconies are great.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and got us into our room early. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a generally good stay at Hotel Aare with some hiccups.
The rooms are newly renovated in a nice style. While the rooms are very small they were clever with the placements. For a few days if you are not around much the rooms would suffice but for a relaxing longer stay/more than 1 person a bigger room would be recommended.
Unfortunately on one of the days I was woken up around 7am by drilling but I hope this was an exception.
The rooms were also very cold and reception was not informed on how to heat them up, despite asking twice since the climatisation didn’t work. After some searching I found a radiator hidden behind a curtain, which reception was totally unaware of and never informed of before.
Restaurant food was great!
