Hotel a 3 stelle a Thrissur

They claim to be following international standards on their website (see screenshot), but it's far from it. Firstly, the main issue was that NOISY events were held late into the night. This is highly inconsiderate of the other guests in the hotel. Even my friend on the floor below us could hear it. If someone wants to have such an event, they need to book them into a different space, or just tell them it's not possible. Cleaning staff seem to ignore their own hotel policy. Stuck on the back of each room's door, is a sign that basically says we'll only clean your room if you hang the ”please clean” sign. Didn't do this, came back to see they'd been in. The next day, hung the ”do not disturb” sign, and they still came in!!! Didn't even leave hand towels, or top up toilet paper. We were always out all day, and literally only used the hotel for sleeping, so no need for the rooms to be tidied regularly. Also very frustrating because they are touching your belongings that you leave out, not expecting anyone to come into your room. The gym has a window that faces the road, which means passers by just stare at you working out. Not ideal for females, or anyone wanting privacy. Shower area doesn't have a door, so water splashes out sometimes. Bathroom in general is small and tight. Toilet paper holder in a really awkward spot. We take the toilet paper off so it's easier to use, but they keep putting it back on (ignoring the visual cues to not clean the room). Hairdryer doesn't work. No room service menu, or general information inside the room. Don't even know what number to call to get reception, as there's no list of phone numbers. Wouldn't help anyway, as the phone seems plugged in, but doesn't have a dial tone. Only one power socket between the two beds. The other sockets were on walls no where near the beds. Also, there are people who smoke inside the hotel. It should be mentioned on the website if it's a smoking one. It's absolutely disgusting, and the poor ventilation means the smell lingers. Staff have all been quite pleasant though, and always helpful. Unfortunate that some of them don't seem to follow their own rules.

Hygiene is not proper, specially in bathroom. It was smelly. The ac outlet was directly connected to the bathroom with a visible pipe that's seems messy and cossy and unhygienic. Tv remotes are dusty and it's seems to be very old set-up room. The sofas are also seems to be old. The wall paint also old and some of the paints are removed. So overall it's seems to be an old set-up lodge when compared to other hotel room less than the the rate of this hotel. So it would be better if this kind of problems are removed and it would be more standard if the room interior is changed and specially bathroom. Bathroom specially looks like local lodge setup with an old light and floorings. Floorings is ok if the other interior is made standardly. So in my opinion it's better if the furniture like chairs and sofas are changed, changing overall interior would be better if you are taking 1600 amount for deluxe room and it's not deluxe it's only an average room and mine was 206. So i hope next time u make the changes

Ho guadagnato una bella esperienza mentre ero a casa unica attraverso le prenotazioni di viaggio di make-may. Ci offrono una camera pulita e di qualità ieri. E anche che i servizi in e fuori è stato anche bello.

Super service and excellent maintenance. Near to temple, railway station and bus stand. We went to temple by 5 minutes walk. Staff is obedient and disciplined.

La stanza era bella per il tipo di prezzo... non c'era abbastanza luce nella stanza.. Il servizio era buono che quando abbiamo chiesto un tavolo e una scatola di ferro, l'hanno portata veloce. il problema principale era con il bagno e sempre ha profumito anche dopo diversi flussi.. sì, ha sempre bisogno di 2-3 flussi per spruzzarlo fuori...quando usciamo e tornammo, la stanza ha anche profumito... al mattino alle 4:00 quando siamo tornati Volevamo uscire in un tempio, ci siamo bloccati nell'ascensore e dopo averlo aperto, abbiamo usato le scale... abbiamo usato la campana dall'ascensore, ma nessuno è venuto per aiuto e quando siamo andati in ricevimento non c'era nessuno..

Buona soggiorno. Buona camera e personale! ma nessuna attrezzatura, nessun cibo. Il cibo può essere gestito da sviggy o zomato o fuori. Ma almeno non c'è caldo per fare tè o caffè o per acqua calda. Ciò era molto necessario.
