Il mio recente soggiorno a Dass Regency non era altro che eccezionale; dal momento in cui sono entrato nel lobby, mi sono circondato in un'atmosfera di opulenza e di calore. Il personale mi salutava con un vero sorriso e mi assicurava che ogni aspetto della mia permanenza fosse perfetto. La stanza stessa era un santuario di comfort ed eleganza. Ma ciò che realmente ha lasciato questo hotel era il servizio impeccabile. Ogni membro del personale si è spostato sopra e oltre per soddisfare le mie esigenze, e la mia esperienza nella regenza di Dass ha superato tutte le aspettative; era più che un posto per rimanere; era un’oasi di ospite che non dimenticherò mai. Non posso aspettare di tornare e sperimentarlo di nuovo.Grazie 🤍

They claim to be following international standards on their website (see screenshot), but it's far from it. Firstly, the main issue was that NOISY events were held late into the night. This is highly inconsiderate of the other guests in the hotel. Even my friend on the floor below us could hear it. If someone wants to have such an event, they need to book them into a different space, or just tell them it's not possible. Cleaning staff seem to ignore their own hotel policy. Stuck on the back of each room's door, is a sign that basically says we'll only clean your room if you hang the ”please clean” sign. Didn't do this, came back to see they'd been in. The next day, hung the ”do not disturb” sign, and they still came in!!! Didn't even leave hand towels, or top up toilet paper. We were always out all day, and literally only used the hotel for sleeping, so no need for the rooms to be tidied regularly. Also very frustrating because they are touching your belongings that you leave out, not expecting anyone to come into your room. The gym has a window that faces the road, which means passers by just stare at you working out. Not ideal for females, or anyone wanting privacy. Shower area doesn't have a door, so water splashes out sometimes. Bathroom in general is small and tight. Toilet paper holder in a really awkward spot. We take the toilet paper off so it's easier to use, but they keep putting it back on (ignoring the visual cues to not clean the room). Hairdryer doesn't work. No room service menu, or general information inside the room. Don't even know what number to call to get reception, as there's no list of phone numbers. Wouldn't help anyway, as the phone seems plugged in, but doesn't have a dial tone. Only one power socket between the two beds. The other sockets were on walls no where near the beds. Also, there are people who smoke inside the hotel. It should be mentioned on the website if it's a smoking one. It's absolutely disgusting, and the poor ventilation means the smell lingers. Staff have all been quite pleasant though, and always helpful. Unfortunate that some of them don't seem to follow their own rules.

The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the town. Parking is a bit problem, but the staff will take care of this. The checkin process was completed in less than 10 minutes. A very good quality elevator takes you to the floor. The room is having a traditional key and lock mechanism. The first impression of the room is neat and clean. There are hangers, kettles, bedside table and a study table. There a cable television for entertainment also. Our package include breakfast also. As informed, the breakfast will be server from 7:30, we reached by 7:45 but the breakfast was not ready. Since we had a busy schedule, the restaurebt manager helped us to arrange some food. The taste is average, but the quality is good. Some recommendations to the hotel are: - The dental kit was missing in the toilet - Kindly arrange the iorning table and iorn box to each room - An LED desk light to the study table is highly recommended - The kettle was not clean - The hair drier was not working - Kindly provide a bill at the time of checkout. What I like the most: - I haven't used but there is a WiFi provided by the hotel - The quick response from the staff; this is a very very good point in the service industry - Clean atmosphere The hotel is highly recommended to families who are looking for budget hotel with above average facilities. Make sure that you have options to travel to the town.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia a Ashoka In Thrissur dal 24th-28th marzo 2022. - Arrivato all'hotel circa 1145 pm e siamo stati accolti da moschee ovunque dal lobby alla stanza e abbiamo dormito con moschee nella stanza. Abbiamo chiesto la buona notte di rimpianto e di finire in camera e in bagno. - Prima di arrivare, chiamando e confermando se abbiamo un asciugacapelli, la ricezione ha detto sì, ma non hanno controllato se funziona. quando vogliamo usarlo non funzionava, si chiedeva di riparare. - Richiesta per i tessuti di scatola e ci ha dato i tessuti utilizzati nel loro ristorante prima e dopo ripetute richieste hanno fornito una scatola. - Il bagno di vasca sporca e lavastoviglie hanno crack - Non vale la pena pagare RS3500+ per notte, vale solo Rs500 per notte - Non c'è colazione a buffet come annunciato, serve ordinare come il normale ristorante, il colazione non è a buffet, Invece di ordinare, abbiamo finito di mangiare fuori. - Switch e connettori sono liberi, preoccupazioni di sicurezza - Sono attaccate anche alcune foto - Camere e mobili in camera sembrano molto vecchie e non sono pulite, - Asciugamani forniti sono molti anni vecchie e divise gialla - connessione Internet molto lenta in camera e Dopo ogni 5 minuti di taglio - Un'igiene e servizio inaccettabili e scarsi - Posso dire che questo è solo un hotel a stella - Nota raccomandata per i viaggiatori internazionali
