Good property mostly like new. The amenities are in place. Buffet breakfast is limited but very good. One of the male staff was very responsive and helped with a half day extension as well.
Deduction on 1 star as it took really long for check in and drinking water in room had to ask multiple times.

We had two nights stay. The hotel is close to Railway station and has sufficient car parking. the stay was nice and comfortable. Food quality was good.

Stay at Cordial Sopanam Hotel at Thiruvananthapuram was most uncomfortable. During the night there was a constant noise coming from Kitchen exhaust which was disturbing the sleep. The staff at the hotel was not courteous. Buffet breakfast was poorly laid out and was of poor quality.

The room was spacious, had all the amenities and was super clean. The bathroom was also good. Food was also tasty.
