Ho 21 anni di esperienza nel settore dell'hotel, ora lavorando anche come un servizio di F&B ***ager per una società mondiale. Ho studiato anche il resort ***agement Malaysia Taylor college. Dal 1996 ogni due anni a volte ancora più i ަgo in vacanza in hotel highland Tampanoor trivandrum ogni volta che vado vedo la pulizia sta peggiorando l'hotel ***agamento non sembra preoccuparsi molto di questo.Il bagno è molto sporco non pulito Letti da letto correttamente sono molto indossabili e le mutandine sono molto vecchie e sporche. Spider web in diverse direzioni nella stanza. Il personale del ristorante è molto bello soprattutto il ristorante capitano Surjeet e il ristorante difensore Hari. Il personale front desk è molto amichevole Binu, Kavita, Binoy.

I had been a regular here earlier and used to love this place. Am getting a room here after 6-7 years. The good news is that it seems that the hotel has been really upgraded. Excellent reception, nice well appointed rooms and great ambiance. The rooms are well appointed and the restaurant is, as always, tops. This is one of the best places to stay while in Trivandrum. The prices are OK due to the excellent facilities and services. The location as is well known, roughly opposite TVC Railway Station and adjacent to Trivandrum Central KSRTC Bus Station which adds immense value.

Food @ Restaurant,,,,, Great tasty food in restaurant like break fast we had more varities especially,, Idly, Sambar, Idiyappam, kallappam, chicken stew and beautiful one more item that called unniyappam it was awesome.. Staffs @ Classic sarovar portico,,,, Staffs are all great, efficient, friendly and helpful especially, Chef SUDHEESH. Parking area was amazing with lots of car parking spaces.!!! Overall the experience was nice with Classic sarovar portico. Recommended hotel for others.. We will definitely come back again.
