"Fantastic property with amazing service and well kept spotless. Location is fabulous but whats unique about this place is the atmosphere and ambience. Perfect place for those looking for a peaceful vacation. Attentice staff and food was outstanding in particular. The menu was extensive and we really enjoyed the fresh seafood and desserts. Try the tiger prawns and devils delight. Couldn't have asked for more!"

"Let me start wit Awww.. My daughter the moment we entire room the fragrance smell was really good. Its was raining badly we had a cup of tea and went to pool. Pool was very well maintained and staffs were very friendly and good supported with all the things like towels and umbrella. We order some starters, instructed to make it spicy and as we expected starters was so spicy and delicious dragon chicken, egg chilly and chilly chicken they cooked very well and served near pool though it was raining staffs are very good enough to serve all the foods near pool as per our requirements. Starting from Manager Vinu till house keeping all are so good. No one expect single pie from anyone if you like to pay tips there is a tips box u can put it. Coming to breakfast they hve good varieties and loved breakfast to and ordered biryani and fish for dinner everything was delicious over all I stayed 2 nights worth for money, stay everting. Mine I loved is there hospitality. Thank you Vinu and Team❤️"

"The property location was great, very near to the cliff, that's the greatest advantage. Rooms are just ok only. During our stay at night, we did face power failure intermittently and that was a big problem for us. We could not sleep well because of the intermittent power failure."

"The view was amazing and the room looked exactly as in the photos. There is no food available in the hotel but Cafe Sarwaa is just 1 minute walk from the hotel. But be prepared for bugs because since the hotel is covered in greenery. But all the other service requested were provided and the hotel staff were pleasant ."

PPANCHALThe hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. UUtente ospiteIt's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff.
Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food.
Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home.
The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs.
My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling.
Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence.
I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

UUtente ospiteIn un'unica parola, eccellente. Il servizio fornito era eccellente. Lei si sentirà come un hotel 4 stelle. Il miglior soggiorno che abbiamo avuto durante la visita in India. Molto pulito e il deco è così piacevole agli occhi.
Il ***agger era eccellente, così era il personale. Il ***agger era molto adatti alle nostre esigenze. Ha fatto tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo. Non mi sorprende che il personale fosse così buono. Per quanto riguarda il cuoco! Che posso dire. Ottimo. I pasti erano deliziosi e più economici di mangiare fuori dall'hotel. Vorrei averlo riportato a casa con me!!!
Non esitate a raccomandare.Come ho detto, equivalente a un hotel 4 stelle

Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

UUtente ospiteVery good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.

The fragrant smell was too strong.
I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.
Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è buona e l'hotel è semplicemente buono. È necessario un certo rinominamento intorno al percorso che conduce alla spiaggia. ***y optare per questa posizione per un facile accesso alle spiagge, se non mantenuto, porterà dellusione.
Il SPA non è per la speranza e la manutenzione del Spa è molto cattiva. La cibo è superiore alla media. Il buffet è buono ma manca la varietà per coloro che rimangono più a lungo. In generale è stata una buona esperienza. Il signor Babu è un buon amico, dovrebbe essere premiato per il suo bel servizio. In generale, il personale dell'hotel è gentile e ben noto e ascolta le nostre preoccupazioni.

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

Il servizio è assolutamente abominabile. Ho ordinato un caffè, ma non l'hanno servito nemmeno in un'ora, nonostante le avesse ricordate due volte.Una volta dopo aver fatto la doccia, l'acqua scorreva sotto la porta a dormire. Non c'era nessun buffet e c'erano solo due opzioni - Puri sabzi o tosta! Non avevano nemmeno tè o caffè pronto. Dopo qualche ricordo, finalmente portarono il caffè. L'ho messo a terra con un tostapane e mi sono spedito a controllare. Opt per questo hotel se lo ottiene a buon mercato, ma non essere delusi che avrai un'esperienza 4-star!

1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer.
4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free.
