Nel centro della città, mangiare e acquistare è molto conveniente.Ma è molto complicato.La stanza non è isolata dal suono.

Kristy, the pre-arrival ambassador, is the reason our stay was so memorable! She had emailed me prior to our stay to ask if I had any requests. I mentioned my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I also mentioned that we were staying 3 nights total. The first 2 nights were under my name and the last night under my wife's name due to a free night award that she had in her Marriott Bonvoy account. I have Platinum elite status and one of the perks is complimentary breakfast for 2 each morning. I asked if she could extend the breakfast benefit to the 3rd night under my wife's name. She had no problem doing that even though Bonvoy rules say the hotel is not required to do that. I had also asked Kristy if we could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. I had been upgraded to a Na Hale wing room for the 2 nights under my name due to Suite Night Awards that I used. Kristy was able to get us to stay in the same upgraded room for the 3rd night under my wife's name for no additional charge. That was really nice. She went above and beyond. At check-in I was surprised that Kristy personally met my wife and I and walked us to our room. She also provided us with some cookies as a gift for our anniversary. She seems to care about her job and is the reason I'm writing this review. The 2nd floor room we had in the Na Hale wing was very nice. The Na Hale wing is a separate small building closer to the ocean with 14 rooms The bathroom was huge with 2 sinks and a LARGE walk in shower. We had a balcony looking at the fish pond and ocean. It was beautiful! Be aware that there is no elevator in the Na Hale wing, but that was not an issue for us. We ate the continental breakfast buffet each morning which was included for being a Platinum Bonvoy member. There was a $12/person upcharge for the full breakfast, but the continental breakfast was more than sufficient. The continental breakfast had fruits, breads, and pastries. It even included hot items such as waffles, pancakes, and one meat. BE AWARE that the breakfast area is outdoors and the birds are not afraid of people. They will fly on your table and eat your food if you aren't careful. Don't leave the table unattended with food on it. The downside to everything is the $30 resort fee. I absolutely hate resort fees and find them to be an easy way for hotels to get extra revenue. It did include a list of things including daily activities and 2 drinks. I knew of the resort fee beforehand, so it was no surprise. Overall a great stay and we would come back. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kona on our 4th night and it wasn't comparable. The Waikoloa Beach location of the Marriott is much better than being in Kona.

Nel villaggio di Hilton, la grande isola è buona, il servizio di ricetta è buono, e il tipo di camera sbagliato mi aiuta a risolvere. The resort was all that we expected and more! Staff is very friendly and treats guests in the most welcoming way. At all times, they are fastidious about service and helping you enjoy the experience and take in the marvelous scenery. The hotel is located in a semi-remote area, with only a few restaurants near by, nevertheless you will not want to leave the resort as it is so beautiful and has enough choices for dining on the property. As expected, prices are high but I felt the experience was worth. On our last day there were may children and families which made it a bit loud at the pool, but there is an adult pool option that was much quieter. I highly recommend it and will look for more Auberge Resorts in the future!

Il marchio Hilton era il mio hotel di scelta. Dopo qualche soggiorno molto deludente verso la fine di Covid ho deciso di passare a qualsiasi cosa, ma Hilton. Dovevo stare fermo con il mio impegno. Come il poster precedente ha detto la nostra camera ($350) è molto piccola. I corridoi erano vecchi e disgustosi, mentre, entrando nella stanza, andai a guardare fuori dalla finestra, e c’era una vista di un tetto, di un grande buco di rifiuti e di un edificio delapidato con graffiti. Infatti ci sono diversi edifici abbandonati intorno alla proprietà, quindi la zona non è grande. Non hanno ancora custodia quotidiana. Ho fatto visita a Hawaii per 10-days ora e tutti i miei altri hotel hanno avuto pulizia quotidiana e è stato eccellente. Non c'è scusa per Hilton di non essere tornato a questo servizio. Questo è un motivo chiave per cui la gente vuole stare in hotel contro VRBOs. Hilton sta mettendo i risparmi nella propria tasca, perché le loro tariffe non sono state adeguate per riflettere la significativa riduzione del servizio. Fortunatamente, stiamo solo per una notte. Il check-in era bello e l'agente era amichevole. I terreni ( verso l'acqua) erano buoni. Sono d'accordo anche con l'altro poster, perché chiedo perché un canone di ristorazione per questa proprietà. Se si ottiene una stanza di vista sugli oceani e non si preoccupano della mancanza di servizio di cameriera allora si dovrebbe stare bene. Certamente non rimanere nelle stanze strane numerate nell'edificio ancillario o si vedrà il ghetto.

Siamo stati a Reeds nel giugno 2021 per 8 giorni e siamo tornati a luglio 2021 per 3 giorni. Il personale era molto cordiale e la camera era molto confortevole e pulita. Sebbene non ci sia aria condizionata, c'è un ventilatore a soffitto e due ventilatori a pavimento. Non ci sono ascensori ma abbiamo sempre richiesto il primo piano e siamo stati sistemati molto bene. Questo sarà il nostro hotel di riferimento e i nostri amici a cui abbiamo consigliato questo hotel si sono divertiti altrettanto. Le passeggiate mattutine erano bellissime.

L'hotel è in una posizione meravigliosa e grazie all'architetto perfettamente installato nella baia. Le camere hanno una vista fantastica (avevamo una stanza di vista sul mare) sull'isola di coconut. Anche se l'hotel è un po' vecchio, tutto è ancora funzionale e pulito. Il ristorante e il bar sono a buon mercato, la cena è buona.La nostra stanza non è stata costruita, anche se la ricezione è promessa per il giorno successivo, ogni giorno.
