La spiaggia era fantastica e non si vedeva un pezzo di plastica sulla spiaggia o nell'oceano. L'esperienza di check-in è stata piacevolmente memorabile con leggi e bevande benvenute. L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono.Dall'indietro della montagna, verso il mare.Con tennis e golf sono tutti scenari senza mare.Il ristorante è tutto il mare, il paesaggio è fantastico. L'hotel è una struttura aperta interna e vista intorno.Il cortile è decorato con stile orientale. La stanza di pirateria prenota, può vedere le onde colpiranno la riva, e il sole e il tramonto possono scalare sul balcone.Le strutture di decorazione della stanza sono grandi.E'un po'piccolo. Il prezzo del colazione di autobus non è economico, ma la qualità è buona. Ci sono molte prenotazioni di attività presso il Dipartimento del Gibbs dell'hotel, ma per la prima volta alla grande isola, basta guardare attrazioni e camminare fuori.Non partecipare, mi dispiace.La prima volta che vedi la moto sportiva dell'hotel è nella hall del mare. Questo è un hotel a cinque stelle molto perfetto.Particolarmente adatto per l'hotel di giochi di golf, tennis e sport marittimi.

The resort was all that we expected and more! Staff is very friendly and treats guests in the most welcoming way. At all times, they are fastidious about service and helping you enjoy the experience and take in the marvelous scenery. The hotel is located in a semi-remote area, with only a few restaurants near by, nevertheless you will not want to leave the resort as it is so beautiful and has enough choices for dining on the property. As expected, prices are high but I felt the experience was worth. On our last day there were may children and families which made it a bit loud at the pool, but there is an adult pool option that was much quieter. I highly recommend it and will look for more Auberge Resorts in the future!

We just finished 7 nights at Kona Village. We had a trip booked there in 2011, but the Tsunami hit so the trip was cancelled. We were excited to hear that they had reopened and just returned from 7 nights for our family of 4. The property itself is definitely 5 stars. Beautiful location, beaches, and rooms (hales). The property is over 80 acres and tucked away. It felt private and less crowded than other large resorts. We also saw wildlife galore right from the beach - monk seals, turtles, whales, etc. The price to stay here is $$$$$. We paid $3,200 per night for an ocean front Hale. At that price point you’d expect exceptional service and that was where the resort fell short of the 5 star ratings and had us leaving feeling that they are way over priced. Examples: - At check in our room wasn’t available. Actually it was cleaned and ready to go, but some amenities hadn’t been delivered yet. After 2 hours of waiting we asked for an ETA. They had no idea. We then asked them for we could go to the room to change while they wait for the amenities to be delivered and they told us that wasn’t allowed. We then asked if we could get our swimsuits from our luggage so that our kids could at least swim while we waited and they said that our bags had already been delivered to the room so no. Lots of run around and, as guests, we would have placed a much higher value of getting in our room as soon as we arrived vs waiting for hours so that a hand written note and fruit platter could be in our room prior to our arrival. - They give you bikes to get around the resort. We were in Halle 150 which is at the very end of the resort. There were 4 of us, but only 2 bikes at our Halle. Problem number 1 is that they didn’t have enough bikes at our Halle before arrival. Problem number 2 is that, when they delivered bikes to our room, they weren’t even close to the right sizes for our kids. Our 6 year old ended up using the 10 year olds bike to give you a sense of how off they were. They kept saying that they were low on kids bikes and didn’t know that they’d have the right sizes for our kids. They did, thankfully, as I don’t know how we would have gotten around without them. Given that they repeatedly told us that they were short on kids bikes, I suggested that they pick up the bikes that were the wrong size from our Halle so that another family could use the bikes and they never did. They sat there, unused, for the entire week. - One morning we had a snorkel trip booked and had to leave the resort before the restaurant opened for breakfast. They have a coffee shop on property that opens an hour before the restaurant so our plan was to grab breakfast there before leaving for the snorkel. It was supposed to open at 6am and was still closed at 6:20am. When I asked the front desk what was going on they had no idea that it hadn’t opened yet and assumed that an employee didn’t make it to wait that day. This caused quite the scramble for us. - We waited over 20 minutes fr

Kristy, the pre-arrival ambassador, is the reason our stay was so memorable! She had emailed me prior to our stay to ask if I had any requests. I mentioned my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I also mentioned that we were staying 3 nights total. The first 2 nights were under my name and the last night under my wife's name due to a free night award that she had in her Marriott Bonvoy account. I have Platinum elite status and one of the perks is complimentary breakfast for 2 each morning. I asked if she could extend the breakfast benefit to the 3rd night under my wife's name. She had no problem doing that even though Bonvoy rules say the hotel is not required to do that. I had also asked Kristy if we could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. I had been upgraded to a Na Hale wing room for the 2 nights under my name due to Suite Night Awards that I used. Kristy was able to get us to stay in the same upgraded room for the 3rd night under my wife's name for no additional charge. That was really nice. She went above and beyond. At check-in I was surprised that Kristy personally met my wife and I and walked us to our room. She also provided us with some cookies as a gift for our anniversary. She seems to care about her job and is the reason I'm writing this review. The 2nd floor room we had in the Na Hale wing was very nice. The Na Hale wing is a separate small building closer to the ocean with 14 rooms The bathroom was huge with 2 sinks and a LARGE walk in shower. We had a balcony looking at the fish pond and ocean. It was beautiful! Be aware that there is no elevator in the Na Hale wing, but that was not an issue for us. We ate the continental breakfast buffet each morning which was included for being a Platinum Bonvoy member. There was a $12/person upcharge for the full breakfast, but the continental breakfast was more than sufficient. The continental breakfast had fruits, breads, and pastries. It even included hot items such as waffles, pancakes, and one meat. BE AWARE that the breakfast area is outdoors and the birds are not afraid of people. They will fly on your table and eat your food if you aren't careful. Don't leave the table unattended with food on it. The downside to everything is the $30 resort fee. I absolutely hate resort fees and find them to be an easy way for hotels to get extra revenue. It did include a list of things including daily activities and 2 drinks. I knew of the resort fee beforehand, so it was no surprise. Overall a great stay and we would come back. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kona on our 4th night and it wasn't comparable. The Waikoloa Beach location of the Marriott is much better than being in Kona.

We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. It is minutes away from the Volcano National Park and not far from other attractions like Hilo or Papakolea Green Sand Beach. My husband and I stayed in the Ohia Ranch room. The location was quiet and private with lots of animals (goats, sheep, donkey, ducks, hens, etc.). It was fun to sit out on the balcony and watch the animals (or go down and pet them). The king bed was very comfortable and had a heated blanket on it as an option. There are lots of windows for great sunshine. Every morning, Theresa would bring a delicious breakfast to the room per your request/order. There is a table/chairs in the room to eat; plus the balcony has a small table. The breakfast omelets were incredible. Theresa also has many extras in the room like beach towels, robes, slippers, picnic basket, heating rack for towels and drinks. The information book had lots of ideas of where to go along with restaurant suggestions. We found all of them incredible. She also sent detailed instructions to get there. Overall, Theresa was a warm and wonderful host who helped us with any questions and offered great suggestions.

Molto buon valore per i soldi rispetto alla media di alloggio hawaiana. - Facilities Anche se è vecchio, si sente più pulito degli anni. Piccolo ma anche piscina. Nessun aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore soffitto. C'è un asciugamano, ma la potenza non è arrivata. C'è una microonde, quindi è buono riscaldare cibo semplice. Non c'è caldaia elettrica, solo un po' di caffè. Ci sono piccole tavole e sedie sul veranda. La vista sul mare è molto buona perché Leed Bay Park è proprio accanto a e proprio davanti al mare. - Location Come ho detto prima, è vicino al parco di Reed Bay. 5-10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Hilo. Hilo è più vicino al parco di Volcano, Akaka Falls, Mauna Kea Visit Center e Kona, quindi è molto accessibile. - Servizi Molto bene! Non potevo andare a causa del ritardo del volo il giorno dell'iscrizione, ma potevo ricevere la chiave molto gentile anche dopo le 10:00. Rispondere gentile quando si chiama. Il nonno del personale di sicurezza è anche molto gentile. - Parcheggio. Parcheggio gratuito. Grande apertura di un nuovo hotel boutique in aprile 2023 e posizione al centro di Kona. Il vecchio nome Kona hotel sul lato mare. Sono nuove riparazioni. Puoi fare shopping nella tua stanza.come lozione di pannello solare, camicia T e borsa di tote spiaggia ...I amo il complimento quotidiano Kona, caffè hawaii al lobby e bevanda benvenuta nella stanza. La vista parziale dell'oceano deve rimanere, ma può essere necessario più privati come le partizioni a balcone e pressione dell'acqua da doccia. Yoga gratis per la mattina. il personale è amichevole e utile.

Il personale di Wyndham Kona era fantastico, soprattutto Joy, la donna che ci ha aiutato a fare un lei. Il personale di servizio frontale era molto utile. La nostra stanza ha profumi puliti, ma dopo un'esame più approfondito, il telaio ha bisogno di pulizia e l'area attorno al cottage ha bisogno di attenzione, probabilmente per un modello. Le strutture erano buone, ma vorremmo che qualcosa accadesse nella zona bar della piscina. Il nostro ponte ha guardato la piscina/tubo caldo, che era bella e non rumorosa. I terreni sono ben mantenuti. L’unico aspetto negativo era che avevamo problemi a confermare la nostra prenotazione; dopo aver letto le recensioni di persone che arrivavano e non avevano una prenotazione, ho chiamato il resort qualche settimana prima della nostra arrivo. La donna con cui ho parlato era molto piacevole, ma non riusciva a confermare, suggerendo che io chiamassi trip.com. Trip.com ha confermato la prenotazione e ha spiegato che avevano inviato un file al resort, e il resort non deve averlo aperto ancora. Una settimana dopo ho chiamato e ho ricevuto le stesse informazioni, quindi ho chiesto trip.com di contattare il resort, che hanno fatto. Credo di aver fatto tre chiamate al resort e tre chiamate al trip.com prima che la prenotazione fosse confermata da Wyndham circa una settimana prima della nostra arrivo, che era un po' disturbato, ma tutti i miei discorsi erano piacevoli e cercavano di aiutare. Una persona in un recensione ha detto che hanno controllato tardi, dopo quattro credo, e c'era un problema con la loro riserva, ma non era una questione per noi. Abbiamo dato al resort il nostro orario di arrivo di 2:30, e ci hanno detto che non potremmo entrare fino alle 4:00, e potremmo anche andare a Costco, come abbiamo fatto. Tutto era bene.

Un po'di mangiare non piace mangiare.La curiosità è buona, un po'come un campeggio.Non portare i bambini, i bambini hanno paura, e la gente qui dorme molto tranquilla.I bambini sono molto stanchi e devono rimanere calmi.
