We are big fans of Rosewood and were excited to stay at this new property. The rooms are stunning- we stayed at an ocean front Halle and loved the lanai and lounging sofa. The outdoor shower was also a hit. The food is really good across the board at all the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the spa is world class. I had a terrific massage and pedicure. The gym is excellent. The big issue is the disconnect between guest services and everyone else. If you call them, it’s 50/50 whether anything happens. Your room may or may not be cleaned if you ask. Your car may or may not be brought up. Your bags may or may not get picked up. I also sense that that bell staff is short handed because cars and bags seemed to be a particular pain point. We were there when a large convention type group was there and the experience was much improved when they left. I cannot stress enough that if they want to impress travelers as they work through opening/growing pains, they should not have these groups around OR they need to really staff up. They were definitely not staffed to handle that volume of people coming and going at one time.
