We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

酒店服務很好，時間不到入住時間，但是前台告知衞生打掃好了，可以提前給我辦理入住。酒店的早餐很好吃，特別是豆角，跟中國味道一樣～早餐廳風景也很好。每天訂好了行程，車來酒店接，前台都會打電話告知，送上車。很方便，酒店也可以預訂熱氣球等旅遊項目。

とても良い滞在でした。 ホテルの方は非常に親切で、屋上からの景色も最高でした。早朝気球が飛んでいるのがよく見えます。 ただ、部屋にゴギブリが出てしまったのでその点だけ残念でした。また、朝食も良いのですがどうしてもブュッフェにハエやハチが集ってしまっていたので、その点が気になりました。 部屋の窓を全開にしてパノラマビューでカッパドキアの街を見れるようにしているので仕方ないのですが… しかしながら、トータルは非常に満足です。

酒店比較新，設計也很漂亮。早餐也不錯。衹是不接待12歲以下的孩子。

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room were gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Highly recommended

Amazing experience! The hotel is newly open and what a magical delight . Clean and spacious . The room was charming and spacious. High ceilings . . Close to all the shops and restaurants the location was fabulous. Had such a wonderful stay I would highly recommend it .

Best luxury cave hotel on the Goreme towns skyline! Recently renovated with authentic cave architecture, you can view hot air balloons in the morning from the rooms or terrace, have free homemade breakfast, and enjoy many amenities. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and helped organize tours, rides to airport, and restaurant reservations. Highly recommend you book Hira as spots are limited and super exclusive!

The hot air balloon tour at sunrise was the most beautiful experience ever. And the cave houses and valleys were out of this world. Our tour guide, Selim Ayas, and driver were amazing; they were so kind and outgoing and made everyone feel comfortable. We learned a lot of cultural and historical facts that can’t be taught in a textbook or classroom. Our cave house accommodation was nice too, very clean and comfortable. People in cappadocia are extremely friendly. Turkish food is also delicious especially their lamb and chicken in my opinion. Totally worth it!

I went there with my friend. People there were so nice that they helped us a lot. Also, the view from the rooftop and the restaurant was amazing. I saw some air balloons when I had a breakfast! The room was so comfortable too. Thank you for all the great experience!

My girlfriend and I decided to try out different hotels for our week long stay in Goreme. This hotel stood out. It’s brand new, which is why there are fewer reviews right now. The managers and staff were extremely friendly and generous. They would consistently offer us free water, tea and coffee, in addition to fruit. This is their first hotel, but they also run a travel agency, which is much older, under the name Stoneland Travel. We decided to book most of our guided trips through them as well. They are competative on price (we checked several others before choosing). They also decided to surprise us on our second-to-last day in Goreme, after coming back from a long trip. They gave us one of their nicest rooms as a token of appreciation for having chosen them. That was very kind, and was a perfect ending to our stay in Cappadocia.
