*Disappointing Experience - 1/5 Stars* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, which fell far short of my expectations. Despite claims of being a three-star “hotel”, the reality was starkly different. The room was poorly maintained, with spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. It was clear that the space had not been thoroughly cleaned. To make matters worse, the roof was leaking, which was particularly surprising given that the room had supposedly been upgraded. Unfortunately, my experience was further marred by the owner's behavior, which I found to be rude, a liar, racist, and utterly unacceptable. In light of these issues, I would strongly advise against staying at this “hotel”. The false advertising and subpar conditions make it a poor choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a great stay at this place. The rooms are very big and very clean. It was quite and peaceful. Beds very comfortable!! Please provide extra blankets in the room. Aircorn wasn't working in our room so the extra blanket would have come in handy!!

I loved the room: big and spacious. The food can be improved though potato wedges were slightly burnt. I loved the place and will stay there again. Just improve the food which I rate at 3.8/5

Service was average because the meal served was as if no attempt was made to make it delightful, the food was extremely bad, but above all, the staff is fantastic and gorgeous in Echo Mountain. There rooms are stunning, well-kept, and up to date with the most recent room designs.

The welcome and check in was warm and quick. The room and ambiance better than most I have stayed in as a frequent traveller to small towns. The linen, decorations, brilliant and the food cooked to my taste. I recommend them to any business traveller.
