Hotel in zona Park van Tervuren, Tervuren

Bellissimo hotel ispirato al feng shui. Molto lussuoso dall'atrio. Personale accogliente. Notte riposante. Camera confortevole. Accesso alla zona piscina e sauna. Unico inconveniente, i lavori sono attualmente in corso in strada. Pianificare una breve deviazione per raggiungere l'hotel.

Questa struttura dispone di camere di tutto rispetto, personale cordiale e simpatico e si trova proprio accanto alla metro che vi porta ovunque. Consigliatissimo. Non metto il massimo del punteggio per due fattori: uno è il fatto che vi è un solo ascensore che serve tutti e sette i piani e i tempi di attesa possono essere lunghi e il secondo motivo è che il parcheggio privato non è prenotabile e può capitarvi di arrivare e non trovare posto. In quest'ultimo caso vi consiglio di parcheggiare nelle strisce a pagamento nei dintorni che sono attive dalle 9 alle 18. Per tutta la giornata abbiamo pagato circa 13 euro contro i 15 che richiede la struttura però per un posto al chiuso e ci sta tutto!

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.

La stanza era spaziosa, anche se non ci sono 2 cuscini. Tuttavia, la salsa di bagno non era pulita perché ci erano tappeti di colla. Raccomando di tornare in questo hotel.

A modern clean hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast good selection. Our room was of adequate size, light and airy, although the shower was in the bath rather than a walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working (presumably switched off). It was not possible to open the window by more than half an inch. This didn't really let in much air at all but greatly increased the traffic noise. We were only there for one night, so managed. We must mention staff member Nico who came to our rescue following a mishap on our arrival. Would recommend hotel.

In short, a dump for €170 per night (regardless of the rate they advertise). Long version: I checked into a 5th floor room at just after 2pm in mid-October. The only window, which opened to the roof, was open and it was about 10C outside and maybe 15C in the room - too cold to be comfortable. I noticed the smell of sewage. I’m tall, so I looked out the open roof window and could see a sewer roof vent about one meter from the open window. I immediately closed the window and turned on the radiator to “4” (full on) to warm the room up. 15 minutes after, I could smell mold or mildew in the room, possibly from the carpet - hence the open window. I attempted to work on my laptop but the Wi-Fi dropped out every 10-15 minutes. I tried 4 different Wi-Fi’s in the hotel and had the same problems. After 30 minutes, I checked the radiator - stone cold. I went back to the front desk and described the Wi-Fi problem. Response - “nothing I can do but I called the IT guy.” Fair enough. I asked about there being no heat in the room. Response “ give it an hour or two.” I left to explore a bit and had dinner. I returned at 8pm. Different guy at the front desk. Still no Wi-Fi with a stable connection. Still no room heat, and it was getting colder outside and in the room. I went back to the front desk. Responses were “I’ll get the IT guy to fix the Wi-Fi” and “give the radiator an hour or two to warm up”. I replied that I had given the radiator over 4 hours to warm up and the supply lines to the radiator were cold. I asked to be moved to a room with heat and and he said “nothing I can do”. I asked for them to check the furnace and they had nobody who could do that. Perhaps heat was out for the entire hotel and they were still booking and charging rooms on a cold October day. Who knows? I checked out (or attempted to) at 10 pm same day and requested a full refund. They had charged me a full three nights stay immediately upon check-in for a dingy, smelly hotel room without heat in late Autumn. In the end, they refused to refund any of the stay despite not being able to provide a heated room in mid-October in Brussels. What a dump. Save your money. There is a decent hotel 3 blocks away with both Wi-Fi and working room heat.

We stayed on a Saturday to Monday in June, reception staff let us check in just after 11:30am which was really nice. The room was great and spacious, bed very comfy and large, air con worked perfectly for a hot weekend, the shower was amazing and good power, also the lovely L’Occitane products!! The hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast, lovely lounging bar area outside - although expensive, the espresso martini was a good one and I enjoyed the club sandwich. A couple of times our vodka was forgotten & we were just given soft drinks but they sorted it at the bar, a shame that the cheaper vodka brands were all gone though.. Louise is a good area and also not a far walk to the main grand place central area too. Our favourite restaurant nearby was colonel steakhouse, there are also lots of shops and bars. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights. If we return to Brussels we would definitely stay here again thank you!

Il nostro volo è stato cancellato e il sistema utilizzato dall'aria di Bruxelles ci ha mandato in un hotel sovraprenotato. Abbiamo poi ricevuto un'offerta al Pentahotel dove Andrew ci ha curato eccellentemente. Era efficiente nel controllare un grande gruppo e trasferito colazione per noi. Poi si è assicurato che avessimo un viaggio all'aeroporto, dal momento che il sistema di taxi era anche sovrappolato

Mi è stato consigliato questo hotel, dubito ... Personale parzialmente amabile (la limite di check-in era grosso ma quella di check-out era amabile). Camera piacevole: letto di qualità, spazioso, funzionale, tè disponibile ma bagno piccolo e mal gestito: l'acqua della doccia fluisce nella bagno (nessuna pendenza ...); Insonorizzazione limite con il corridoio Il grande hic è stato la presenza di un grande gruppo di bambini tedeschi venendo per un torneo di Rugby: rumore di conseguenza, piccolo dej ritornato, brevemente era pesante ma non di bol ... piccolo dej di qualità franco limite: Uova in polvere, vienneserie non terribili, non vale davvero il suo prezzo. La sala sportiva è accessibile solo con il spa pagando un supplemento ... in promo, 20 palle per correre 30 minuti su un tappeto prima della chiusura alle 20:00 ca mi sembra eccessivo per i clienti dell'hotel. Situazione ideale, Non sono riuscito a testare il ristorante con questo gruppo ;) Potrei provare di nuovo ...
