Tempe: hotel a 2 stelle

Ci piaceva stare al University Inn. La stanza era spaziosa con letti confortevoli e cuscini. Era immacolatamente pulita, e ci erano molte toilette. Anche se era su una strada occupata, la stanza era tranquilla di notte. C'è un mini-frigo e un caffè in camera, ma non c'è una microonde. Inoltre, la nostra camera aveva due divano letti gemelli ... hanno guardato bene per un bambino, ma non sembravano molto comodi per un adulto. Fortunatamente, i 2 letti regina soddisfano le nostre esigenze per le camere da letto. I divano erano grandi per la sala da pranzo ... I tre di noi si sedevano su uno insieme per vedere un movimento sul nostro tablet.

The idea was to overnight while getting off the flight from Miami to PHX but my wife made the trip herself. Long explanation but I was 9 minutes late & 6 minutes before the scheduled flight. We had 6 flights this trip and all were late except this one of course. They sold my ticket which I had paid for and I had done the 24 hour check in. My spouse made the flight and showed up without her husband while I slept on the floor at D-29 Miami airport. But this is about Hampton Inn May 4th; Now we are reviewing. My spouse called Hampton for a ride to the hotel. No problems! Smooth. They were there quickly! They accepted her as I had listed her as my guest. Besides they are very accommodating. She had a wonderful breakfast and she had choices as she is low carbohydrate. I had sent her the Hampton Info and they made it seamless. Wifi worked well. I had gotten the reservation 7-10 days earlier. She was driven back to Terminal B in the morning. My flight hit gate A-5 25 minutes before she started boarding. I was beat and tired of sleeping on the floor in Miami but I caught her and together we boarded for Pasco. I asked her about experience and she said 5 star. Sensational!

Era davvero sorpreso dalla zona. Era in una posizione molto bella, c'è un mercato a 10 minuti da così tanto da fare era davvero pulito, la stanza sembrava quasi non essere mai stata usata, come alcuni apparecchi ancora li avevano involto. Il checkin era veloce, il suo impiegato ci ha anche mostrato il modo migliore per arrivare al nostro concerto e ci ha ricordato il colazione gratuito.

Il rumore dell'aria condizionata è molto stupefacente, la qualità del letto è vecchia, gli altri sono buoni. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Il parcheggio è gratuito. La colazione è semplice e il rapporto costo-benefici è meglio raccomandato per soggiornare

This place is as crooked as the day is long. I had a $107 charge on my checking account and I do not remember making the reservation nor did I receive any email correspondence warning me that I was being expected there. When I called they advised me to contact Expedia. When Expedia called them, they told them I was out of luck. Thanks for the $107. This is likely why they are a 2 star hotel with terrible reviews. They are more interested in the short term money snatching than with the idea of creating any goodwill with guests.

I am not really a ”reviews” person, but there is no way I could let this awful experience go without trying to warn others. Please do not stay here. Not only was it downright DISCUSTINGLY dirty, but it was also very unsafe. We got into the room and we were immediately hit with a terrible stale smoke smell. Definitely, no exaggeration, the worst thing I have ever smelled in my life. If that wasn't bad enough, the bed spread was stained so bad with tons of black spots everywhere. There were cigarette burns on the counter and the floor. While we were waiting to get a new room, my friend and I really didn't even feel comfortable standing in the room to wait. But what was more uncomfortable than being in the room was being out of it. This place is crawling with shady characters who are very very clearly on meth/heroin/ or crack. We got stared down by multiple people that made us both feel unsafe in a way we have never felt. We both agreed if we would have stayed there, we would certainly be robbed or worse. Before we even got a new place to stay (we had no plan and we did not even have a car with us), we got a refund and went to the restaurant next door to figure out our next step. This restaurant had gun shots in the window if that tells you anything about the area. Anyways, please, please, please do not stay here. I have never felt so passionate to get the word out about anything. I can't really even describe the fear we felt being there.

Il personale qui è grande. Grande servizio clienti! Molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Le camere sono pulite e profuma bene. Buona esperienza complessiva. I bambini a Veronica, Chase e Miranda per il loro fantastico servizio. Grazie a tutti!
