Hotel staff is always friendly! Marcos at signature is the best front desk assistant, he really helped sort out the room and was there to answer any and all questions!

This place is a over priced motel 6. Front door didn’t closed properly, as if someone had kicked the door open at onetime. Housekeeping walked right in to our room without knocking while we drinking coffee. For $400 bucks the place was a dump, major rip off.

Everything was okay until the morning when a discover blood stain on the comforter. The look of the stain tells me it was not washed. Very disappointed.

Very clean rooms, aesthetically fun decor, nice amenities. My only real complaint was the beds were extremely hard and the toilet/shower room was very small which made the door awkward to move around.

We spent New Years Day in Temecula and needed a place to stay for the night before heading out of town. This hotel had great reviews and did not disappoint! It was clean, safe, close to old town, and even had a nice laundry room which was beneficial! The staff was helpful and the property offered a hot tub and pool (it was January so we used the hot tub). The hotel was conveniently located off of the highway but also within a mile of old town Temecula! The rate for a holiday was a great deal and we would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was very accommodating for me in moving me away from a large party of people who took up 3 rooms and then again away from the side facing the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable. They were very empathetic. You can read reviews about noise & such but if you just ask, they will to their best to accommodate.

For the price it was perfect. A place to sleep and shower after the wineries and ******. Bed was comfy, and room was very clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that someone hit our car in the parking lot overnight and the gal I checked out with didn’t offer much help, but this could’ve happened anywhere. Would stay again.

This hotel is kept very clean. Located conveniently near Old Town Temecula. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the features of the rooms (refrigerator, microwave, nice TV) and the hot tub. The pool is not heated. My only dislike is its closness to the freeway. It can be a little noisy, bu wasn't too bad on the pool side of the building.
