We stayed at the Carlton Tel Aviv for three nights, starting straight after our wedding night in Netanya. Having told them it was our wedding when we originally booked, we turned up at 3am in our wedding outfits at the end of the night to check in, and found out we had been given an excellent room on the Royal floor (12th floor) with an incredible view of the Tel Aviv beachfront and Jaffa in the background. The hotel had even prepared, by our bedside, a bottle of fine champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses, along with a platter of freshly cut fruit for us to enjoy. Everything else about our stay was amazing - the rooftop pool and hot tub, the incredible breakfast - but what made us want to write this review was the small touches the hotel put in to make us feel special, be it the above or the multiple room cleans offered to us each day, the random knock at the door one afternoon with two small bottles of sun lotion with an “enjoy the sun, stay safe!” card, and the amazing smiles on waiters and waitresses’ faces at breakfast every day. One drawback - make sure the barmen downstairs are absolutely clear on what you ordered. We ordered two small beers and when they served us what later turned out to be the large beers, they only apologised but still charged us the same amount of money and expected us to tip them nonetheless. We were not refunded. That notwithstanding, we will definitely be coming here again.

Sono rimasto qui per 9 notti mentre ero a Tel Aviv per lavoro. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel ho chiesto di essere posizionato in un piano superiore invece della 5a stanza che ero entrato. Sono arrivato circa 2 ore dopo chek in tempo. Mi è stato detto che non ci erano camere in piani più alti disponibili. Quando il mio capo arrivava quattro ore dopo, era stata posta in una stanza in un piano più alto. Noi abbiamo prenotato la stessa classe di camera, ma aveva un status più alto di me. Sembra che non abbiano voglia di accogliermi per questo, mentre i guanti sono stati sostituiti per i primi cinque giorni, il bagno non è mai stato pulito, né le foglie sono cambiate - per 9 notti. Negli ultimi tre giorni del mio soggiorno, mi hanno preso le tue biancheria e non mi hanno mai rimesso nessuno.E il mio ultimo giorno, ho dovuto chiedere cinque volte a qualcuno di pulire la mia stanza. Dopo avermi promesso la quarta volta che avrebbero voluto, sono andato sulla spiaggia per due ore, solo per tornare a fare doccia e fare il bagno, e nessuno era ancora stato nella mia stanza. Questo è solo il servizio, le camere sono grossomente antiquate e ricche. Il tessuto era dipinto ovunque, la doccia era arrossata e il muro era scalzando le pareti. La strada per la spiaggia è vicino alla spazzatura, che in 110 gradi di calore è fisicamente nausea per camminare. Non consiglierei il mio peggior nemico di stare in questo hotel.

I think I am spoiled forever from the treatment and people at the Dan Hotel Tel Aviv! From check-in to the beautiful room, the indulgent bath supplies and luxurious towels, the pools (indoor and outdoor) and the view! Magnificent! And the Israel breakfast kept me going back for seconds and thirds - I will not need to eat again until after the weekend! All in all, I hope I will return here soon.

This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the Yam Hotel for 3 weeks in August. We chose the hotel for it's excellent room rates and its location, which was ideal. We spent many relaxing days at a nearby beach which was only two blocks away. The hotel was also very close to many excellent restaurants whose food we enjoyed a great deal. The hotel was also within walking distance of a central bus station which provided us with transportation to other cities in the greater Tel Aviv region. We intend to return to the Yam Hotel not just due to its rates and location but also due to its welcoming and attentive staff. Daniel and the rest of the staff were always available to answer questions, orient us to Tel Aviv's transportation system and provide us with recommendations for must see and must eat places. Our room was small but clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the bathroom's rainfall shower. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast which was not only delicious but also very healthy. Eggs were made to order, salads were plentiful and the lattes were excellent! We frequently partook of wine and hors d'oeuvres during the Yam's happy hour which was available to us when we returned from our daily outings. It was a truly wonderful stay and we look forward to returning to the Yam Hotel on our next trip to Tel Aviv.

Due to two early morning commitments in Tel Aviv, I decided to stay overnight at the Tal. It is a nicely refurbished property, stylish and squeaky clean. My room facing the sea was exactly as described. Everything was new and in working order, and despite three windows - one floor to ceiling facing the sea, one side one towards the city and one in the bathroom - it was very quiet. Nice hot water and big bottles of nice toiletries. I took a short break from work for a walk to the nearby Old Port area, full with nice shops cafes and restaurant. I was surprised how relaxed it all made me feel, and had a very restful night. The rooftop was closed, but it looked a hip spot. Left early so could not sample the breakfast. Definitely a place to come back to.

Ho fatto un bel ostello da un po'. Non è un posto di festa nemmeno con la palla di disco nel lobby principale. La maggior parte degli ospiti erano locali. Il dormitorio femminile era abbastanza spazioso considerando che non era imballato. Avevamo un bagno e un bagno per dormitorio per 6 persone. La piscina è al di fuori del bagno e anche all'interno del bagno, così si può lavare facilmente se necessario. La posizione è grande perché è vicino al porto e Marina, negozio, ristoranti e natura. Il personale è anche molto amichevole e accogliente. L'unica cosa che mi preoccupava era la polvere sul letto del mio bunk mentre ero sul bunk inferiore e dal momento che sono allergico avevo un naso stufo il giorno dopo, ma per il mio breve soggiorno non mi importava affatto. Sicuramente ricevere il pannello superiore o una stanza privata la prossima volta :)

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. Questi appartamenti sono una festa per gli occhi, con vecchi grammofoni e registratori di nastro montati sulle pareti. I disegni di pittura sono impressionanti, ma l'atmosfera è sorprendente. Situato a una pietra gettata dalla strada di Disengoff, non si può scegliere un posto migliore. Il personale non avrebbe potuto essere più utile con suggerimenti per buoni ristoranti locali, ecc. Ci saremo certamente indietro.

La stanza era in una posizione fantastica, a soli tre isolati dalla spiaggia e nel cuore della zona di Dizengoff, che contiene una tonnellata di caffè, bar e negozi di vino! La stanza era anche molto più grande di quanto si potesse aspettare, pulita e spaziosa, con un piccolo ufficio, e aveva anche una cucina utile. Il gestore immobiliare è stato facile da organizzare il check-in e il check-out con e sono stati abbastanza gentili da fornire il check-out tardivo, così potremmo rimanere fino a quando non siamo andati all'aeroporto.

La posizione è eccellente. Situato nel cuore di Tel Aviv. Vieni a sinistra e camminare 4 o 5 isolati verso il Mediterraneo. O giri a destra e cammina attraverso ristoranti senza fine e persone all'aperto che hanno un bel tempo. L'hotel è davvero perfettamente situato. Ma ancora più impressionante è stato il personale sorprendente. Il mio aereo è arrivato alle 4 e sono arrivato all'hotel alle 5. Il personale si è gentilmente avanzato e mi ha dato una stanza. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il manager e il personale hanno continuato a aiutare con le raccomandazioni del ristorante, un centro fitness vicino e un servizio di lavanderia. Quando torno a Tel Aviv, non considero nemmeno un altro hotel. Rimango certamente a Jacob Samuel sulla Dizengoff Street!
