We stayed at the Carlton Tel Aviv for three nights, starting straight after our wedding night in Netanya. Having told them it was our wedding when we originally booked, we turned up at 3am in our wedding outfits at the end of the night to check in, and found out we had been given an excellent room on the Royal floor (12th floor) with an incredible view of the Tel Aviv beachfront and Jaffa in the background. The hotel had even prepared, by our bedside, a bottle of fine champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses, along with a platter of freshly cut fruit for us to enjoy. Everything else about our stay was amazing - the rooftop pool and hot tub, the incredible breakfast - but what made us want to write this review was the small touches the hotel put in to make us feel special, be it the above or the multiple room cleans offered to us each day, the random knock at the door one afternoon with two small bottles of sun lotion with an “enjoy the sun, stay safe!” card, and the amazing smiles on waiters and waitresses’ faces at breakfast every day. One drawback - make sure the barmen downstairs are absolutely clear on what you ordered. We ordered two small beers and when they served us what later turned out to be the large beers, they only apologised but still charged us the same amount of money and expected us to tip them nonetheless. We were not refunded. That notwithstanding, we will definitely be coming here again.

Sono rimasto qui per 9 notti mentre ero a Tel Aviv per lavoro. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel ho chiesto di essere posizionato in un piano superiore invece della 5a stanza che ero entrato. Sono arrivato circa 2 ore dopo chek in tempo. Mi è stato detto che non ci erano camere in piani più alti disponibili. Quando il mio capo arrivava quattro ore dopo, era stata posta in una stanza in un piano più alto. Noi abbiamo prenotato la stessa classe di camera, ma aveva un status più alto di me. Sembra che non abbiano voglia di accogliermi per questo, mentre i guanti sono stati sostituiti per i primi cinque giorni, il bagno non è mai stato pulito, né le foglie sono cambiate - per 9 notti. Negli ultimi tre giorni del mio soggiorno, mi hanno preso le tue biancheria e non mi hanno mai rimesso nessuno.E il mio ultimo giorno, ho dovuto chiedere cinque volte a qualcuno di pulire la mia stanza. Dopo avermi promesso la quarta volta che avrebbero voluto, sono andato sulla spiaggia per due ore, solo per tornare a fare doccia e fare il bagno, e nessuno era ancora stato nella mia stanza. Questo è solo il servizio, le camere sono grossomente antiquate e ricche. Il tessuto era dipinto ovunque, la doccia era arrossata e il muro era scalzando le pareti. La strada per la spiaggia è vicino alla spazzatura, che in 110 gradi di calore è fisicamente nausea per camminare. Non consiglierei il mio peggior nemico di stare in questo hotel.

Un piccolo hotel boutique nel centro della città. La nostra camera (802) era molto bella - grande, moderno, confortevole, pulito, con due bagni (uno ‘al fresco’). Ci era anche un piccolo, attraente giardino tetto sullo stesso piano. È stato molto buono, anche se non così grande come si potrebbe arrivare in un hotel più grande. La camera è lunga e sottile e l'aria condizionata era molto buona e hai bisogno in un paese come questo, ho dovuto anche cambiare il numero della camera perché può diventare molto freddo, TV era grande con tutte le applicazioni più recenti costruite in come Netflix e YouTube e hai Una macchina per caffè pronta a partire, il bagno era pieno di toletta, ma la doccia piaceva lasciare un sacco di acqua fuori dal doccia, quindi guardatelo, come i sigilli della porta sono un po' vecchi. Il Wi-Fi è fantastico e sempre e si ottiene un segnale mobile fantastico se si deve tenere in contatto. Il colazione è una festa di opzione, dai piatti locali ai caffè assolutamente mentalmente spruzzato fatto fresco su base per tazza. Questo è supportato dal servizio, ma la squadra notturna può lasciarlo andare, ho trovato che il ricevitore dormiva sul divano una notte e mi sono fermato a tornare quando parlavo con un amico in ricevimento. È un hotel di tipo ”showbiz”, e hanno organizzato feste sul tetto, e il più grande e migliore di Israele è stato qui.Un buon posto per soggiornare, la zona intorno a lui sembrava un po' grossa e pronta e mi sono avvicinato da tre pescherecci o Quattro volte vicino all'hotel, ma non si è mai sentito insicurezza.

Upon checking in at 3pm, my travel companion and I specifically requested twin beds. It is with great dismay that I recount the series of incidents that followed, demonstrating a complete lack of care and attention to detail by your staff members. Firstly, we were given no assistance whatsoever with our luggage, leaving me no choice but to personally transport the hotel luggage trolley to my room. To our astonishment, we discovered that the assigned room was not a twin room as requested. We immediately informed the reception and were promised that our room would be changed promptly. However, we were left waiting for an exasperating 35 minutes before any action was taken. This delay in addressing the issue disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary inconvenience as we were late for a wedding. Eventually, we were relocated to a different room. Regrettably, we encountered the same issue—the room provided was yet again a double room, not a twin room. This unacceptable oversight reflects a severe lack of attention to our initial request. Furthermore, the behavior of the reception staff when we reported the issue at 4pm was absolutely shocking. Instead of offering a swift resolution, they had the audacity to question our intentions and reasons for requesting twin beds. Returning to the hotel at 12am after a tiring day, we were dismayed to find that the bed situation had not been rectified. Upon contacting the reception, we were informed that there were no staff available to assist us and that we would have to wait until the morning. This lack of urgency and professionalism is highly unacceptable, as we were left with no choice but to address the issue ourselves. Considering the circumstances, we requested fresh linen to change the beds to twin beds. It is astounding that, even in such a situation, we were not provided any assistance with this task. We were left to tackle the task independently, despite the fact that it should have been the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the room was prepared according to our initial request. Having returned to our room at 11.50pm the next night, the beds have still not been split as requested on check in, and again last night. I have sent multiple emails to the hotel manager, Shirli, who has just chosen to ignore my emails.

Have to write in sheer excitement about my current stay @the Herrods TLV, Came to TLV to enjoy the DocAviv Film Festival, and resplendent summer. How was it? Remarkable and extraordinary in every way, right from the outset. I was stoked! Friday the Hotel was packed full, so when I arrived on Saturday, was delighted to realize I received an upgrade. Well the view on the eighteenth floor is sensational, and the warm sea-breeze welcoming and soft. The room was pristine and brimming with new energy, if not a bit too minimal for its uninterrupted white expanses. Have to address compliments to all members of staff, for excellent service and personal attention. How wonderful a relief for solo travelers! Special thanks go to the entire, wonderful Front Office team, to the Front Desk Manager Adi, and especially to Daniel Manager of Guest Relations, for following up on my stay, and whether I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. Also, special thanks go to the F&B MAnagement, and Breakfast Hall team, for preparing and setting up an excellent, holesome, and varied breakfast, in a great ambience. Thank you also to Miri, at the bar, for your appreciated attention, presence, and caring attitude. In short - of-course would love to come back to more such calming and sensational experiences. Sono arrivato in questo hotel dopo che il mio taxiista mi ha lasciato al posto sbagliato della Crowne Plaza a Tel Aviv. Poiché ho volato la maggior parte del giorno, ho deciso di rimanere qui per una notte e poi trasferirmi al mio hotel originale. Quando entravo nel lobby, Shahd, un membro del personale del dipartimento frontale, poteva vedere che ero incazzato e uscito dalla sua strada per farmi sentire benvenuto e darmi qualcosa di freddo da bere. siamo stati 2 settimane alloggi molto buona opzione in Tel Aviv, ottima posizione a 200 mts dalla spiaggia 5 6 quadri dal centro vicino a molte linee di collettività ,Le camere dotate di frigo, microonde , caffè, TV AA bagno con doccia eccellente asciugacapelli in reception caffè te e acqua gratuita con torte di frutta o noci (molto buon gesto) e nel primo piano soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo incluso (Abbiamo avuto una festa e abbiamo potuto coprire i camicie e vestiti intorno al bagagliaio)Nella reception le 3 persone che erano molto gentili e serviti e ci hanno aiutato con le preoccupazioni che avevamo Forse sarebbero mancati nella stanza piatti e più coperti già che a volte abbiamo comprato cibo nel super e era difficile da mangiare prezzo ragionevole per Tel Aviv lo consiglierei senza dubbio

Sono arrivato in questo hotel dopo che il mio taxiista mi ha lasciato al posto sbagliato della Crowne Plaza a Tel Aviv. Poiché ho volato la maggior parte del giorno, ho deciso di rimanere qui per una notte e poi trasferirmi al mio hotel originale. Quando entravo nel lobby, Shahd, un membro del personale del dipartimento frontale, poteva vedere che ero incazzato e uscito dalla sua strada per farmi sentire benvenuto e darmi qualcosa di freddo da bere. Mi ha spedito il check-in e cinque minuti dopo ero nella mia stanza, guardando il porto. Mi sono trattato così meraviglioso che ho deciso di annullare la mia altra prenotazione e di rimanere in questo hotel per i prossimi cinque giorni. Di solito rimango a Marriotts, ma quando torno a Tel Aviv in futuro, questa sarà la mia base di casa. E' tutto a causa della gentilezza e del professionalismo di Shahd. Il servizio clienti può fare o rompere un hotel. Questo posto è un vincitore. Grazie ancora. Ho allegato una foto dalla mia stanza.
