Great location at the 'entrance' to Jaffa with views of the sea, broad walk up the coastline with all the modern high rise of Tel Aviv. Old city behind has lots of charm, restaurants etc. One morning we comfortably walked along the seafront right up past the Hilton and back as well as all around the port area / centre of Jaffa. Hotel is beautifully and tastefully restored / built, it is charming and stylish. We felt welcomed on check-in (I think it was Dean) and although arrived early, our room was ready. We had booked a basic room but were very fortunate to get upgraded 2 levels to an Executive Room on the 4th floor (with access to Lounge). We overlooked the roundabout, views of sea and coastline, totally lovely. Room is beautifully designed, very comfortable, good size, fabulous large bathroom with separate rain shower. We were here 2 nights only which included Holocaust Memorial Day so all restaurants/leisure closed from 6pm in the whole of Israel. Luckily hotel catering remains open. One would have thought that as a guest of the hotel, they should make sure that there is space in their restaurant and only keep it for in-house guests. It was not the case. No space in restaurant but managed to eat in the bar which serves a limited 'milk' menu including sushi. It was still pleasant, we ordered a pizza to share which was decent. The lovely Sophie made the experience more pleasant and kindly remembered we wanted some milk to take back to our room for our Nespresso in the morning! A note on the 'Mediterranee', the Lounge incase you need to decide whether to book a room with access. It is only open 12:30-6:30 so great if you usually have lunch and beverages. The food is top notch. A fabulous, delicious and well presented array of mainly mezze dishes including various cold fish, some hot dishes (pasta and vegetables) as well as fruit and some sweet things. Wine, tea/coffee, some spirits but couldn't see any mixes apart from fruit juices. Lovely deck outside to sit and relax. Only negatives - staff can be a bit aloof and not very attentive or proactive, especially up on the pool area for service and cleaning up. - bed linen felt cheap (though towels nice), not high cotton count like one gets at most 5* properties I have been to Tel Aviv a couple of times before for business and stayed in one of the modern luxury high rise. If I came back, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

Ero titubante nello scegliere questo hotel perchè non mi convinceva al 100%. Invece scelta perfetta. Hotel modernissimo, sul lungo mare, pulitissimo e con personale molto efficiente. Vi consiglio di prendere una camera con accesso alla lounge perchè li si gode di una vista incredibile ed il servizio è impeccabile. Dall'hotel potrete fare delle splendide passeggiate e raggiungere tanti ristoranti a piedi. Palestra bella ma un poco piccola. Una cosa: il roaming in Israele ha costi FOLLI! Vi consiglio appena arrivate di comprare una scheda locale: facile e ti salva il portafogli!

Un piccolo hotel boutique nel centro della città. La nostra camera (802) era molto bella - grande, moderno, confortevole, pulito, con due bagni (uno ‘al fresco’). Ci era anche un piccolo, attraente giardino tetto sullo stesso piano. È stato molto buono, anche se non così grande come si potrebbe arrivare in un hotel più grande. Il servizio è stato amichevole ed efficiente, anche se la zona del desk front era un po 'crampata.

Il check-in è stato senza problemi, è necessario assicurarsi che tu abbia il biglietto blu con il passaporto, che si ottiene quando entra nel paese quando si accede, ma il personale è molto buono (bene durante il giorno comunque) Le prime impressioni sono state accolte da un pieno di torta, bevande e cibo mostra che mi è stato ordinato di provare (pensando che fosse per una conferenza) e che ha gusto bene, troverete anche un barbecue sul piano di ricezione e la sicurezza costante che è un bel toccamento. La camera è lunga e sottile e l'aria condizionata era molto buona e hai bisogno in un paese come questo, ho dovuto anche cambiare il numero della camera perché può diventare molto freddo, TV era grande con tutte le applicazioni più recenti costruite in come Netflix e YouTube e hai Una macchina per caffè pronta a partire, il bagno era pieno di toletta, ma la doccia piaceva lasciare un sacco di acqua fuori dal doccia, quindi guardatelo, come i sigilli della porta sono un po' vecchi. Il Wi-Fi è fantastico e sempre e si ottiene un segnale mobile fantastico se si deve tenere in contatto. Il colazione è una festa di opzione, dai piatti locali ai caffè assolutamente mentalmente spruzzato fatto fresco su base per tazza. Questo è supportato dal servizio, ma la squadra notturna può lasciarlo andare, ho trovato che il ricevitore dormiva sul divano una notte e mi sono fermato a tornare quando parlavo con un amico in ricevimento. È un hotel di tipo ”showbiz”, e hanno organizzato feste sul tetto, e il più grande e migliore di Israele è stato qui.Un buon posto per soggiornare, la zona intorno a lui sembrava un po' grossa e pronta e mi sono avvicinato da tre pescherecci o Quattro volte vicino all'hotel, ma non si è mai sentito insicurezza.

This was my third stay at this venue, and again not at all disappointed. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, and breakfast by far, one of the best I have experienced in Israel, the room was comfortable, and unlike most hotels these days, serviced every day, with complementary beverages. The location is ideal in charming Jaffa, close to a lot of restaurants, and one of the best spots to stay in the Tel Aviv area. I strongly recommend this hotel, and can't wait to be back!

Il posto non fa menzione che alcune delle camere sono situate dietro un ristorante che deve passare per arrivare alle camere, e sembrano anche dimenticare di dire che il ristorante è alto. Intendevo ...VERY alto, con musica estremamente alta fino a 0100 al mattino. Reazione miste dal personale quando gli ho parlato di quanto sia difficile dormire con un ristorante alto proprio fuori dalla mia porta. Una giovane donna era molto scusata e cercava di trovarmi una stanza diversa, ma non c'era nessuna. Un'altra giovane donna era molto brutta, informandomi che la descrizione su Expedia indicava che era una stanza ”restaurante”. In realtà, Expedia indica che alcune stanze sono ”restaurante” stanze, ma non c'è descrizione di ciò che significa. Non c'è nulla che indichi che le camere sono a 10 metri da uno dei ristoranti più alti di Tel Aviv e che giocano a musica nelle ore di debolezza del mattino.Come è un viaggiatore che non è familiare con la proprietà che dovrebbe sapere quale ”sala di ristorante” Inoltre, molti dei ristoranti hanno continuamente lasciato i loro scooter nella sala e nella sala da pranzo condivisa dell'area dell'hotel.Uno dei miei dipendenti mi ha detto che ”non dovrebbero farlo”, Tuttavia, ogni giorno ho dovuto salire su un scooter per lasciare la stanza e usare il bagno.

На ресепшн ”комплимент” для посетителей: кофе, сладости, шампанское. Очень приятно. Жаль, не было завтрака, который входил бы в предоставленную стоимость. Персонал вежливый, не навязчивый. Очень признательна менеджеру, который помог в поиске необходимого номера. Денис очень милый молодой человек и очень внимателен к запросам при заселении. Очень благодарна за содействие. В скором времени планирую также здесь остановиться. Присматриваю удобные даты.
