Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Tehran

Personale professionale con ospedale eccellente, buono WiFi, Situazione molto buona a soli 5 minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana, Delizioso colazione vicino al museu e grande basar vecchio hotel con camere ristrutturate La ricezione è stata utile per trovare posto per vivere 👍👍👍👍👍

Il mid mgm e il personale di custodia e soprattutto l'uomo della porta ”EBI” è grande a quello che fa. Il servizio in camera è grande ....alimento è delizioso e buone porzioni. Il colazione può essere migliore, Perche' il cibo è solitamente freddo e non soddisfa lo standard del codice sanitario. Non consiglio l'uso del servizio taxi a hotel, perché alcuni dei loro conducenti sono ingiusti e sovraccarico clienti.

L'hotel Howeyzeh è classificato 4* (3 * standard internazionale). La classificazione è giusta. La posizione è centrale e non troppo lontano dal basar e dal palazzo Golestan. Le camere sono di dimensioni ragionevoli. La decorazione è data ma la camera è funzionale e il servizio in camera è buono. Il personale di servizio di accoglienza e concierge potrebbe essere un po 'più amico al cliente. Il WIFI nella stanza è lento ma il WIFI nella lobby è molto buono. C'è un bel caffè vicino al lobby principale.

Questo uso è il vecchio Hilton - ora è classificato n. 2 a Teheran. Il servizio è stato eccellente! L'hotel ha certamente bisogno di una “grande” rinovazione. A parte l'hotel era troppo vecchio, tutto il resto era buono.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel grande di Teheran con la mia famiglia. Prenotammo per vacanza Noroz, seguendo tradizioni molto buone. Eravamo rimasti diversi anni fa e di nuovo qui abbiamo visto l'hotel è stato ristrutturato con molta attenzione e abbiamo goduto di servizi.

Arrivo all'alba in questo modernissimo albergo centrale. Camere molto ampie pulite confortevoli. Luminosità che ravviva. Reception efficiente dal cambio alle informazioni generali. Punto dolente la cena anonima, insipida, cara per i costi bassissimi che poi sosteremo nel nostro viaggio, Iran classico, organizzato dall'Italia a cura di yanaviaggi, durata 13 giorni. Siamo una coppia accompagnata dalla capace colta umana guida iraniana M. Reza Sayah e dall'autista esperto e garbato Aziz. I loro meriti sono ineccepibili e non li ripeterò per ovvi motivi. Dunque di Teheran ricorderò il museo nazionale archeologico con statue e reperti di due millenni prima di Cristo, il palazzo del vetro e della ceramica, in perfetto stile liberty e il palazzo reale, residenza estiva, Golestan. Ovunque gente cordiale innamorata dell'Italia. Ovunque, nonostante il traffico intenso, lo smog, il caldo, pulizia e ordine. Igiene nei luoghi pubblici.

1) Internet wireless dell'hotel, dopo la schermata di schermo del cellulare, inserisci la password del conto una volta più, e sono buone per le persone che hanno bisogno di pazienza 2) La finestra non è severa, così come la camera è cambiata. Una buca sotto il letto è fuori di testa. Non so perche'. 3) Il fiore del bagno è un po' fuori controllo 4) Non c'è un cappello in inverno, il tubo di cappello è sufficiente 5) Vivere una settimana alle nove di mattina, chiudere la porta in tempo ogni stanza. Non so perche', svegliarsi e aprire la porta e non vederti nessuno 6) Il taxi dell'hotel è circa 3-4 volte il prezzo di Sannap fuori. Una volta, non ho continuato a sedersi 7) La colazione è molto buona e il servizio è in posizione 8) Il parco vicino all'hotel è molto comodo. Spero che l'hotel migliori i servizi e le strutture e vivrà la prossima volta. Il nastro dice che è il luogo in cui l'Iran ha scritto ”Milennio Uno” quando pioveva.

If you are planning to catch your breath before long-hours fly, I really recommend this hotel. Everything that you expect from a hotel is met except the Check-out which took more than 10 minutes. It's the only thing that really bothered me during my stay, that I had to leave my passport by the reception, although I booked and paid with my credit card online and also fully identified myself by the Check-In, still I had to give up on only document, which enables me to continue my planned travel. I understand that hotels need a guarantee in case of any property damages, but when someone is identified and paid the costs in advance especially with a credit card, the mentioned damages can also be placed as a bill on the CC. I hope, this review reaches the hotel management and they remove this stressing anf annoying rule for such reservations.

Staying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh
