Great location to stay if you're exploring the Mount Austin area, especially if you want to go between the nanyang street area and the older mt Austin side. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous every time I visit. They require rm 50 for deposit that will be returned upon checking out.
The rooms are mostly clean, except sometimes can see ants on the coffee table. Floor feels abit dusty when i went in. Toilet is clean with bidet and good water pressure for shower. Only gripe is that the walls are not soundproof, can hear ppl walking by and talking outside.

Mi dispiace per la foto blu. Non ho preso nessuna foto. Tuttavia, ho preso un video, quindi ho bisogno di schermata il video per le foto. Ho avuto un tempo difficile per cercare il posto come è all'angolo. Il nome del posto è Sleepz se la mia memoria è corretta. L'ambiente è bello. Mi piace la privacy che ho avuto. Ci sono anche computer che possono essere utilizzati. Tuttavia, non l'ho usato come farò il mio lavoro invece di rilassarmi. Haha. Il disastro era che ci sono alcuni bug volanti che mi accompagnano mentre dormo. Anche la zia e lo zio sono molto amichevoli.Tornerò certamente 😁

I'd love to give full stars to this hotel but now at 2+am I'm lying wide awake inhaling cigarette smoke either from inconsiderate smokers outside the coridor/puffing in their rooms n somehow got circulated thru the air con? - and I can do nothing about it. I'm also kept awake by the loud engine sounds from cars/bikes along the main road. So book this hotel for its value for money rooms & proximity to Mt Austin, but also be prepared for these lingering smoke stench, alongside dusty floors, aged rooms n small water pressure. During check-in, there was a strong urine/sewage strench in our toilet n our heater was spoilt. However I appreciate the technician for coming down the next morning 8+am to repair it. In short, friendly staff, budget room with good amenities but won't be back.

Overall is a good stay. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Very near to Aeon mall and Topen n Ikea. Rooms looks a bit old, wallpaper peeled off somewhere. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned more frequently.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

FFesciniLocation is excellent but locating the unit took great effort, several calls to owner still couldn't get his staff to fatch us. Ask around several shops there and no one knows. Thanks to the security staff who knows the staff and bring us to him. The room equipped with TV and set up box with remote control not functioning. Despite the above the staff is friendly and good. Most important the bed is clean and comfortable.
