There is no extra bed for a 5 yr child. But in the booking mentioned very clearly 2 adult & 1 kid , But no extra bed , when I called the reception they ask me to pay for extra bed , No personal hygiene things like no soaps, Tooth brush & toothpaste ,
나홀로 여행..세련되고 깔끔한 호텔..침구나 시설은 거의 최고 수준이었음..다만 내가 묵은 방에 창문이 없는 거나 마찬가지여서 답답했음..특가로 예약한 방이어서 그럴 수도 있지만.. 또한 뜨거운 물이 안나와서 깜놀했음.. 카운터에 문의했더니, 수도를 틀어놓고 15분이 지나야 더운 물이 나온다는.. 정말로 한참 지나니까 뜨거운 물이 나옴..ㅜ

Corri, non andartene dal KMM! Chiariamo le cose: il KMM NON è oggettivamente un hotel a quattro stelle. Mancano servizi e qualità per soddisfare i requisiti (nessun ristorante interno, nessun bar, nessuna spa/piscina, nessuno spazio di co-working, WiFi scadente, solo decorazioni e biancheria da letto di base). La nostra esperienza è stata così orribile che ce ne siamo andati a metà del nostro soggiorno di 4 notti (prenotando un altro hotel nelle vicinanze). L'aria condizionata nella nostra stanza non funzionava. Abbiamo avvisato la reception dopo la nostra prima notte. Hanno affermato di averla riparata. Dopo essere tornati quella sera, non funzionava ancora (26 °C). Abbiamo avvisato di nuovo la reception ma era "troppo tardi" (19:00) per chiamare un tecnico o una cameriera per preparare un'altra stanza (un'altra caratteristica carente di un presunto hotel a 4 stelle). Abbiamo trascorso un'altra notte nella sala caldaie. Il giorno dopo, l'hotel ci ha cambiato stanza con lo stesso problema (aria condizionata rotta). Siamo tornati alla reception che ha inviato un tecnico e ha affermato di averla riparata. Dopo la "soluzione", siamo rimasti in camera per altri 60 minuti mentre prenotavamo un altro hotel (un vero hotel a quattro stelle). La temperatura è effettivamente salita mentre prenotavamo un altro hotel. Il personale dell'hotel è stato poco disponibile, maleducato e gestisce un hotel inadatto. Sarebbe incredibilmente saggio prenotare altrove.

Recently i visited Georgia and stayed in Hotel KMM,the staffs were very friendly and the room which i got was too good .Mostly all of the shops were nearby. And the hotel atmosphere was also so calm and quiet. I would suggest everyone who visit Georgia to stay in KMM.

If you want a good experience of this beautiful city , don't book this hotel! 1. AC is not working , it is 28 degrees in the room while outside temperature is 2 degrees , they couldn't fix it for 6 days. 2. The refrigerator isn't working and not cooling , there were 3 bell boys checking that but no technician trying to fix it for 6 days. 3. The water temperature in the shower is hot and cold instantly, cannot take a shower , and the water also just stops in the middle of the shower . 4. NO help at all from the staff, very rude manager Tamara , no map in the hotel , no directions or help at all . 5. Cold breakfast at any hour , very basic and not tasty . 6. No parking , hard to enter the hotel with cars parking on this narrow street . 7. No restaurant or bar , no spa , nothing in the hotel . 8. Location is not good , even if the distance from the hotel isn't far , you have to climb up on the broken stones , very dangerous! 8. This is the worst experience in my life and I am traveling a lot Really not even 3 stars hotel ! I will never return there , even free ! I have ordered 2 rooms by mistake and they wouldn't return nothing half hour after the booking and said this was hotel policy . So I have paid for 6 nights for other room I didn’t use 428 euro and overall more than 900 euros for that terrible experience

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel although it was my second time staying there. This time, I went with my mother. when we arrived, they told us our room was on 2nd floor with no elevator. I was surprised and explained my 60 year-old mother has a backache and is not able to walk on stairs every time. After we insisted, they gave us a very small room with a double bed in which we found 2 cockroaches in the minibar's drawer that we had to kill ourselves. On the 2nd night, we found something which seemed like bedbugs eggs on our mattress but they refused to change our room and only vacuumed the mattress and changed the sheets. It was a disappointing experience.

First thing don’t be put off by the location. This hotel is modern and provides all that a traveller might need. The rooms are excellent, beds comfortable. Wi-Fi is quick. There are tea and coffee facilities. Good storage. Modern bathroom (with a plug) and great shower. Staff are nice and helpful. Only issue is breakfast. It can get packed and then is too small to cope with high demand. When we went we had to sit outside. Otherwise really good hotel

I strongly advise against booking a stay at the KMM Hotel in Tbilisi. The staff, especially a receptionist named Ain, were unfriendly and unhelpful, resulting in one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in over 10 years of traveling. 1. Room Quality and Service: Upon arrival at 8 PM, I was given a room with a view of the garbage, and both the air conditioning and TV were not working. When I raised this with the receptionist, she informed me that this was a “standard room.” Although I was willing to pay for an upgrade, I was told I’d have to pay for both rooms that night (despite it already being 10 PM). I agreed to wait until the next day, but when I moved to the upgraded room, the air conditioning was still not functioning. After reporting this issue, a staff member checked and confirmed that the room temperature was 28°C despite the AC being set to 18°C. He said a technician would come the next day because none were available at that time. To my surprise, the receptionist called shortly after and claimed the AC was intentionally turned off because the weather was cold. When I questioned this, she simply stated it was hotel policy and said i dont have a solution for you. This left me to choose between sleeping in a hot room with the windows closed or opening the balcony doors and letting in flying bugs—an unacceptable situation. 2. Breakfast Quality: On the first day, we went for breakfast at 9 AM and found most of the food was already gone letting you know she told me breakfast start 8am until 11am. And When I asked about eggs, the staff said they were out and asked us to wait 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, we were served barely cooked eggs, and I even found a WHITE HAIR in the toast. Needless to say, we skipped breakfast for the rest of our stay. 3. Housekeeping Issues: Despite placing the “room service” sign outside the door every day and activating the service request, the room was never cleaned throughout our four-night stay NO GIVING WATER AND On the last day, a housekeeping staff member entered the room while I was sleeping at around 3 PM, SHE apologized, and left, but never returned to clean. Overall, the KMM Hotel in Tbilisi was a disappointing experience with poor service, inadequate cleanliness, and unprofessional staff. I STRONGLY would not RECOMMENDED staying there .🤮🤮🤮🤮

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Especially Krishna, it was because she was so helpful and friendly in trying to help me find my other hotel that I chose to stay here instead. Will be back and breakfast is lovely. Amazing location. Honestly a beautiful hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with my family! The food was absolutely delicious, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is so close to old Tbilisi`s cafes and the Botanic Garden. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
