We regret that there were no slippers in the room, we’ll ensure it’s addressed with our staff for improvement. Please know that in our standard rooms, we do provide additional items such as toothbrushes upon request. Each room has a telephone by which you can contact the reception and request everything you need. We are sorry that our front desk team did not proactively ask you if you needed these items at check-in and that there was a delay in delivery.Your comments will help us improve our service, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
