The property never disappoints and it always been an amazing stay with very friendly and welcoming staffs as usual. This is our 3rd stay here and always staying for a week because it just feels like home. A very big thanks to Ninna from sales and the supervisor Mariam in FO for always accommodating us whenever we stay and making sure everything is proper and organized just for us to have an incredible stay. A big thanks as well for FO team: Mariam Alex Sergi Specially breakfast team for always giving an excellent service and always doing their best to satisfy us to start our day: Nikolaoz Mariam and pakistani lady(I forgot her name) Also for: Nika(housekeeping) and Nika(IT) for the other things that gives us more enjoyable moment and make things easier for our stay. We will always be coming back to this property and will always share and suggest more to others to experience what we experienced here. Thank you for everything! We will come back soon. 🫶🏻 and I hope I can still meet them when it happens.

Got to stay in the hotel near the new year. The staff is amazing, from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We arrived from a very long trip but the staff were so accommodating. The facilities are no frills & just right. It’s very new as well & feels like a very modern hotel in an ancient city. The dumpling soup was also great against the cold Georgian winter. I’ll definitely be back when I’m back in Tbilisi

My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for our wedding last week. A day prior to our wedding, I asked Maria at the front desk if she could recommend a place nearby, that could steam my fiancé’s wedding dress. Maria & Nanka (manager in duty) informed early in the morning of our wedding day that they had found a place to steam both my fiancé’s wedding dress and my tuxedo. She also guaranteed me that the dress and the tuxedo will be ready at least 1 hour before we were scheduled to depart the hotel to our wedding ceremony. As promised by Maria and Nanka, both the dress and my tuxedo were delivered to our room in perfect condition. My fiance and I, were able to get married without any issues or delays because of Maria’s and Nanka’s hard work and determination and for going above and beyond, to please a complex guest’s request. The hotel was very nice. We were upgraded to a riverview view room, which had awesome views of the city and the river. Room was very clean, and in perfect condition. Bed and linens were impecable and very comfortable. We will definitely return back to Tbilisi to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverview. We really want to thank Maria, Nanka and all of the front desk staff from the bottom of our hearts for treating us exceptionally! They all complied with our requests whether they were small and simple or big and complicated!

We had lovely stay in your hotel this was first time to visit in this hotel, you have wonderful staff specially Mariam reception supervisor and Nina was amazing and very helpful. They should get recognition as they were very hospitality Thank you for rest of the team as well we will definitely come back again
