A really pretty little hotel that is set in the old quarter of the city. Brilliant staff and amazing food at the Fox too!

beatiful hotel, beautiful location, plenty of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, wine shops. whatever you may need. Have to check out their blue fox restaurant as well. One of the best cover singer I ever heard happened to be singing when i was there.

Looks fabulous but if staying more than a night I would avoid as tiny no space rooms are impossible for two people let alone having luggage! Poor bathrooms, Nowhere for toiletries and floods when you shower matter what! Breakfast staff have that Georgian it is way to early to care or even interact approach, I get breakfast isn’t a Georgian meal but indifference is at a huge level!

It was such a charming boutique hotel. The staff could not be more helpful. Main points 1) The rooms were lovely 2) Food at the hotel restaurant (blue fox) was excellent, as was the service, we ate dinner there twice. Breakfast lovely from Shakshuka to eggs Benedict. 3) Location is very good for sight seeing, particularly Old Town 4) The beds were out of this world. Mattress was beyond comfortable. Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay. We will come back and recommend to anyone who is visiting your lovely city.

We came here as a couple on vacation and found this hotel from other travellers’ blogs. Turns out this hotel is indeed a great choice. The location is in the middle of everything and the hotel itself can even be accessed by airport bus 337. The facilities in the room are great and the bed is comfortable. Staffs are also very friendly and attentive and willing to support on many travel needs. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommended this hotel to fellow travellers.

The hotel has a great location within the old city, between streets filled with shops and restaurants. The staff here are not just welcoming but super friendly! Each room tells its own story. They’re not just rooms; they’re unique spaces filled with character. The walls are adorned with cool paintings of historical figures, adding a quirky touch to your stay. The real cherry on top is the restaurant in the courtyard. It’s not just lovely; it’s downright awesome! We had dinner in this cool courtyard during live music event. Definitely recommend staying during the city break travels.

There is a lot to like about this charming hotel in Tbilisi's Old Town: - Staff: Great team - responsive, capable and kind. They reached out to me personally (not the usual pre-fab email) a few days before arrival, asking how they could help to make our stay a memorable one. Airport transfer and restaurant reservations were confirmed within minutes. During our stay they gave excellent advice (e.g. for a great place to buy Georgian wine) and were happy to help us with all kinds of inquiries. - Rooms: My superior room was lovely, bright and comfortable, gracefully designed with a painting by a local artist, and also very quiet. (The rooms looking out on the courtyard/restaurant might not be quite as calm, so it's worth asking about that.) - Location: The House Hotel is a beautifully renovated building right in the centre of Tbilisi's Historic District - a prime example of traditional architecture. The location is most convenient for exploring the Old Town as well as other interesting neighbourhoods such as Sololaki or Rustaveli which are well within walking distance. - Breakfast: Available from 8.00 am until 1.00 pm (!) and served at the table (no buffet). We chose from a tempting selection of hot and cold items including local dishes as well as Croissants, fresh juice and a limitless supply of coffee or tea. As it was still warm, we enjoyed sitting outside in the pleasant courtyard of the Blue Fox Restaurant - also a very nice place for dinner or drinks in the evening (we didn't try lunch which is available as well). All in all, it was a delightful experience and I highly recommend The House Hotel to anyone travelling to Tbilisi.
