Mio marito e io abbiamo trascorso 3 notti per il nuovo anno a Butorowy Dwor. Ci piaceva tutto sul posto: la nostra stanza con una vista fantastica, il servizio eccellente e deliziosa cibo. Il loro buffet di colazione ha una fantastica selezione. Una cosa che non ci siamo resi conto: Butorowy Dwor si trova su una strada occupata (principale), dalle foto che abbiamo pensato fosse un luogo piuttosto segreto, ma, dato che gli edifici sono su una collina, non abbiamo sentito il traffico. Inoltre, anche durante una stagione occupata non ci sono auto che guidano la notte. È anche una passeggiata veloce a Gubalowka (10min di collina).

Il vantaggio più grande dell'hotel è la sua posizione, a tre minuti da Krupówek, negozi e fermata.Da dove la birra può andare sulle strade. Abbiamo deciso di andare a questo hotel, perché allo stesso prezzo della stanza in alcune villaggi abbiamo accesso a una piscina, sauna e jacuzzi. Il grande plus è il bar nel lobby aperto 24/7, spesso dopo il ritorno all'hotel non volevamo andare per qualcosa di più forte nella città, e qui tutto è in loco e i prezzi sono molto economici. Raccomando di scegliere le opzioni con colazione, una grande scelta e molto deliziosa

Z nostalgią wspominam czasy, kiedy Nosalowy Dwór nie miał jeszcze ”Rezydencji”, właściciele byli osobiście zaangażowani w to, aby wszystko funkcjonowało jak należy. Niestety te czasy chyba już bezpowrotnie minęły - hotel stał się ”masówką”, gdzie nie czuje się już dbałości o Klienta indywidualnego. Pokoje (nawet te w rezydencji) wymagają już odświeżenia, albo po prostu bieżącej konserwacji: zastaliśmy pokój z niezamykającym się oknem (i tym samym niedziałającą klimatyzacją), zerwaną zasłoną. W wielu miejscach co jest podniszczone, obite itd. Natomiast szczytem szczytów (normalnie bym w to nie uwierzył) była sytuacja, w której o 7.20 rano budzi nas głośne wiercenie na zmianę z walenie młotem. Nie był to jakiś ”drobny” remont, ale huk na całą Rezydencję I (29.08.2023). Z pokoi na korytarz wylegli obudzeni ludzie. Po tej pobudce już nie mogliśmy zasnąć, tym bardziej że pokój oświetlały nam nieszczelne zasłony. O ile kiedyś kontakt z dyrektorem hotelu nie był problemem, tak teraz takiej możliwości nie ma, a Pan Michał Szczepaniak - ”Quality & Guest Relations Manager” ma chyba zbyt dużo pracy z ”quality”, bo nie odbiera telefonów i nie ma chyba w zwyczaju oddzwaniać. Śniadania - kiedyś jak dla mnie jedne z najlepszych hotelowych śniadań w Polsce, teraz stały się po prostu przeciętne. Szkoda, bo to był kiedyś (dawno temu) najlepszy hotel w Zakopanem...

La casa ha i suoi anni, ma si difende in tutta la linea. La stanza è stata pulita, la bagno è pulita. Non ho visto una batteria con due polli da molto tempo, ma che cosa ti preoccupa davvero? Letto, asciugamani di buona qualità. Il colazione è stato organizzato in forma di buffet con servizio. Le donne hanno applicato cibo in modo molto efficiente, quindi le coda erano sostenibili (Credo che questa organizzazione di buffet sia dittata da misure di sicurezza in relazione al COVID), la scelta è piuttosto grande, anche se la qualità lascia che lei desideri. I vapori non sono stati mangiati, e le salate in numero pochi sono state fatte da prodotti di canne con un aggiunta di mayonnaio. Tuttavia, in generale è buono. Per questo prezzo e posizione due passi da Krupovek non c'è nulla da disgustare.
