È una casa d'albergo perfetta! L'ospite non parla inglese, ma sa come comunicare i viaggiatori e vi dà tutte le informazioni importanti. L'alloggio è pulito, attrezzato, bello. Il mio soggiorno è stato assolutamente sorprendente.

Situato in una zona tranquilla residenziale, vicino all'aeroporto ma non molto vicino a qualsiasi ristorante locale. Le camere sono grandi con letti matrimoniali, caldaia, asciugacapelli, wifi gratuito, toletta, A/C e camminare in doccia. Anche bene illuminato! La colazione è una buona selezione di piatti caldi e freddi.

Sono stato in un tour attraverso l'Uzbekistan e ho trascorso la prima e l'ultima notte in questo buon hotel per un totale di tre notti. La stanza aveva una superficie superiore e un bagno con tutto il comfort. L'hotel dispone inoltre di una piscina molto bella, tra cui un cappotto da bagno e una doccia confortevole. Il servizio di colazione era buono, anche la colazione ricco e deliziosa. Il bar era al centro della sala d'ingresso e ha offerto l'opportunità di comprare del bicchiere e del drink tutto il giorno. Vorrei restare in questo hotel ancora una notte.

My choice for this hotel at the end of my Uzbekistan trip had been its closeness to the domestic and international airports. For my stay in Tashkent at the beginning of my tour I selected a hotel closer to the centre. The surroundings of the Royal Mezbon are not very pleasant: a very busy street, almost impossible to cross and nowhere to go on foot. Out the window, in fact a whole glass wall, which I like, one only saw ugly apartment blocks from Soviet days. Taxis are the only way to get out from here. The hotel recommends itself also as a spa, but my time here was so limited, that I could not test it. Nor did I have a chance to try the breakfast due to an early flight. Instead I went for dinner, where there were hardly any other guests. There is a bar and a big list of cocktails in the menu card, but the barman seemed to be a total beginner and he didn't even know what brand their only draught beer is. For dinner I had an arugula salad to start, but it consisted mainly of pieces of beef, not mentioned in the menu card. After that I had a 'Traditional Lagman', made with Spaghetti instead of typical Uzbek noodles and again mainly full of meat, the same kind as in the salad before. The whole hotel is full of kitsch with a porch consisting of Corinthian columns and a rather overloaded interior decoration. At least the room was comfortable with a good bed and shower. Unlike most other hotels I stayed in Uzbekistan here one doesn't get an old-fashioned key, but a key card.
