Stavo cercando di discutere con il ragazzo, purtroppo non parla inglese. Quindi ho contattato il team di servizio Trip.com. Dopo un processo di comunicazione complicato, ho dovuto controllare e cercare un nuovo hotel invece, è stata concessa compensazione. Grazie all'agente di servizio, lei ha fatto molto difficile aiutarmi quando ero in grande difficoltà. Il credito è stato dato all'agente di servizio, non all'hotel.

Checking in was a nigh**are I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Non si può fare il piacere di vivere qui per la qualità dell'hotel! Questo posto è un reliquio di lusso e una splendida reliquia della Guerra Fría! È stato qui due volte nel corso di un tour di gruppo e è stato affascinato dalla natura casuale del posto! La ricezione è un vasto spazio con un sacco di posti a sedere e un bar in un'altra parte. Puoi ottenere la birra fredda qui che puoi portare nella tua stanza. Le due camere che avevamo erano grandi con letti gemelli in un'altra parte e un locale tipo sala in un'altra. Il bonus principale era che avevamo un balcone ogni volta; grandi viste dai piani superiori e un buon posto per appendere un po' di lavaggio! La prima stanza è stata accessibile da due porte, la seconda ha una porta bloccata con un petto di trattori e la maniglia è stata rimossa! Non tutte le camere hanno balconi, quindi potresti dover chiedere.Il cambio di denaro è stato davvero utile, anche se non cambiano di nuovo la valuta locale. Il bar al tetto è in realtà il piano superiore, a differenza del tetto, ma le finestre sono aperte e si ottiene una grande vista della città. La posizione dell'hotel è anche forte, metro a destra dell'ingresso e molte attrazioni, bar e ristoranti a piedi. Un paio di recensioni dicono che il personale di ricezione non parla grande inglese - si può ottenere questo intorno con Google tradurre così non molto. Abbiamo anche due persone sui nostri due date reciprocamente passaporti - l'onere è certamente su di voi per controllare! Se non ti importa di essere ricco questo hotel è per te!

Un grande hotel nel centro, una grande posizione, dall'aeroporto arrivato in 15 minuti, molto conveniente che l'app taxi Yandex a Tashkent funziona. Arriviamo presto, ubicazione in 14.00, siamo stati perfettamente situati alla piscina, nuotiamo sopra il sole. La stanza è molto spaziosa e confortevole, bella camera da bagno con bagno. Anche molti ristoranti , negozi e alcol )). fluisce come nel centro di fluttuazione nella torre TV , c'è anche una necessariamente necessaria per andare lì.Abbiamo avuto un viaggio a Samarkand, il treno era in 7.00, abbiamo chiesto un colazione precoce, senza problemi abbiamo aperto un ristorante in 5.45. Номера уютные, персонал вежливый, расположение можно считать как центр города, большой телевизор (не включала вообще поэтому сколько каналов есть не знаю), кровать двуспальная, удобная, есть уголок кухни со всей основной посудой, микроволновка, холодильник, сейф имеются. Завтрак приносят в номер (по крайней мере сейчас, иногда с опозданием). Заполняете вечером или ночью анкету на завтрак, указываете время (с 7 до 10 вроде можно). Персонал добрый, вежливый, в основном говорят на русском, за исключением некоторых хаускиперов. Ночью сну ничего не мешает, рядом нет шумных заведений. Есть контролируемый кондер, для жары Ташкента самое то. В душе можете включить музыку, убираются в номерах каждый день, постельное белье и полотенца вроде меняют 5-7 дней 1 раз, но думаю что если попросить они не откажут. Я просила и просьбу выполнили сразу.
