Hotel con piscina a Tarrant County

La cameriera e i saluti erano amici e benvenuti. La nostra suite Jr. era molto bella e pulita. Piacere di sorprendersi che ci fossero due set TV, uno nell'area di soggiorno e uno nella camera da letto. La piscina interna è piccola, ma non viaggi con i bambini, e è stato bello che potessi scorrere. Il Jacuzzi era caldo per il mio gusto, ma non abbastanza caldo per mio marito. Il Jacuzzi non aveva un forte flusso di jet. Purtroppo, il bagno delle donne manca un bacino. La colazione è stata grande! Pancake freschi e uova fatte per ordinare. In generale, gli darei un punteggio di 4.8. Triste che la zona di patio non fosse disponibile al pubblico. A causa della posizione, del servizio e ora che so che il posto è disponibile per eventi, so che promuoverò questo posto per la mia riunione di scuola superiore.

No improvement since last visit. Smoke smell still fills the Lobby from the open-flame cooking of Toro-Toro Restaurant. Great restaurant -- poor location choice. Hotel rooms are long-past due for gut renovations, as the rooms we have had on 2 visits confirm, which will cause us to stay elsewhere in the future. How old, stained, worn & chipped must furniture &/or bathroom fixtures become ”before” being replaced? All the staff were polite, courteous & helpful so no personnel complaints & housekeeping was basically OK. Attached parking garage is convenient since everything you want to do Downtown is within easy walking distance.

La settimana scorsa sono rimasta presso le TownePlace Suites a Fort Worth, e devo dire che non ho avuto una esperienza più assurda di stare in un hotel nella mia memoria. Dopo averli informati che ero li', mi sono lasciato e ho ricevuto una chiamata dal desk per chiedere chi ero, e mi hanno detto che ero stato registrato in un'altra stanza (sala 212). Ho spiegato che mi sono dato la chiave alla stanza 330 al check-in e sono andato lì. Ho controllato fuori dall'hotel e pensato che fosse così. Ho ricevuto un'e-mail dal manager assistente chiedendomi se ho lasciato le mie cose nella stanza 212 dopo il cambio. Le ho detto che non ho mai cambiato le stanze, ero solo nella stanza 330, e mi ha ringraziato per averlo chiarito. Poi ho ricevuto un'e-mail più tardi il giorno, informandomi che ero accusato di un'altra notte perché i miei vestiti erano lasciati nella stanza 212 e che non ero mai in un'altra stanza. Ribadisco ancora una volta che non ero mai nella stanza 212, che non erano i miei vestiti, e che mi dovevano rimborsare per il costo della notte extra. Dopo non essere stato risposto con una telefonata e un altro email, finalmente mi sono tornato. Questa volta il manager assistente mi ha informato che in realtà ho trasferito camere da 212 a 330 e non sarei rimborsato per una notte extra (un costo aggiuntivo di $240). Non credo di essere stato gassato da un hotel come questo prima e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

We arrived early and were very grateful that we were able to get a room a couple hours before checkin time. While I was checking in, there was an extremely unprofessional lady (I think she may have been the manager) on the phone speaking extremely loudly and ghetto (it’s the best way to describe her conversation). She was on the phone speaking about getting keys from another location because this location was had low quantity. She went on to say something about the payment and a check needing to clear. I attempted to block out the conversation while I was being checked in but she was sooooo loud. The young lady checked us in and I was actually surprised that we did not receive any type of welcome gift similar to what we receive for elite status. Not even water. We were in a corner room with an amazing view. The room was spacious; however, the bathroom was very tight. The toilet is literally in front of the door which made it tight getting in and out of the bathroom. The room was overall clean, except the floor doesn’t seem to be mopped often. I accidentally dropped some food and got a wet paper towel to wipe it up and it was filthy. The location is perfect with access to lots of high end restaurants. However, gluten free options are limited. I stayed at a different hotel about a block or so away earlier during the summer and it was an absolute struggle trying to find good gluten free options in this area. I doubt that we will return to this location, although I really wanted to like it.

This hotel is currently undergoing renovation. Most of the pictures do not correspond to what I observed. The breakfast was ok and is currently being served in a conference room. The room, despite having been recently renovated, was sub-par. The shower door did not close properly. There was animal hair all over the couch. They do not make your room up every day. Despite making a reservation for 4, they only gave us towels for two. That said, it was easy to access the highway and other places we needed to get to. We got a decent price and I cannot complain too much. We did hear construction noise during daylight hours, but it was not overwhelming.

L'addetto alla reception è stato molto gentile e informativo. Da era spazioso. Richiesto 2 letti matrimoniali e non erano esattamente nella stessa stanza; un letto era nella stanza principale con tv, scrivania e divanetto, mentre l'altro era in una stanza semi separata con una scrivania. C'era una porta per separarlo dalla stanza principale. Sarebbe stato bello in uno scenario ”lasciare che i bambini abbiano la loro stanza” o un amico ubriaco ottenere la propria stanza. La colazione non è stata fornita o offerta, anche per andare in stile nonostante il sito web dicesse che lo era. Neanche la cucina/sala colazione dell'hotel era offerta.

This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.
