Service is excellent but the hotel is a bit old and need renovation. Close to everything ( beach, restaurants and shops).

衞生很一般，客廳地面都是沙子。房間衹有客廳有一個窗機空調，而且卧室窗台一直漏風，我廢了很大力氣才給關上，然後還是呼呼漏風。夜裡被凍醒了。

Room was very dirty, shabby and looks as though no maintenance has been carried out for a long time. Would never consider staying there again.

We were not given the room we had booked as were other travelers that checked in at the same time. After much discussion, we eventually were given the correct room. It was extremely frustrating after a long day.

Absolutely Filthy!!! Lounge completely covered in stains! Crawling with bugs! bed coverings unchanged and smelt of sweat! bed sheets covered in human hair! Absolutely disgusting! How this place hasn’t been reported and closed down is beyond me!!

Dirtiest place i’ve paid for. Blinds were missing panels and dirty. Walls and shower look like they have never been cleaned. Unfortunately came in pretty late otherwise would have gone looking for other accomodation. Beds seemed clean though.

Hot Water and Clean Sheets is about it...
Residence Noisy. like 1-4am bashing and carrying on. (assume long-stay or even permanent tenants)
Damaged Doors inside unit, dented fridge. Just looks like it's been treated harshly in it's time.

Rude manager. Room was filthy, pans dirty, wash cloth old and dirty. Booked in for three people in a three bed room with only two towels available. Toaster broken. Room run down and old. No pride in the property or guess satisfaction.

The property manager was very nice and kind. The staff are always welcoming and happy to be here.
