L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono!Vicino al mare, il panorama è bello; l'igiene dell'hotel è di prima classe, la cena mattina e sera è ricca; l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è amichevole e il servizio è entusiasta.Ho scelto la camera di scena del mare, la camera è spaziosa e luminosa, la struttura è elegante e completa, è la migliore scelta per vedere il sole del mare.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel because it was in quiet location and has free parking. It is literally 10 minutes car drive to Benidorm with all the hassle and bustle and silly hotel and parking prices. You could walk to the town in 20 to 30 minutes depending on your pace or you can catch a bus from the Bus Depot literally next door to the hotel - a taxi should not be too expensive either but we didn’t use it as we had our car. As others have remarked the hotel is in a quiet area and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity ( there used to be large shopping complex attached to the hotel but it has closed down leaving it looking deserted) but as already remarked it is not far from downtown Benidorm with all the bars and restaurants you might want! The hotel has a sauna and a gym but we didn’t have time to use either so can’t comment how good they are. The hotel room we were allocated was large ( 2 double beds) and clean. The only thing the room was simple but it met our needs - if you want luxurious interiors you need to look elsewhere - we would say the rooms would be on par to a Holiday Inn Express or Premier Inn but much larger with good cupboard space and large bathrooms. The only thing to say about our room was that it was right opposite the fire station and the 2 days we were there the fire engines set off with their sirens early in the morning (0700hrs) which woke us up so you might want to request a room that is not opposite the fire station in case they are called out on other calls early in the morning - we heard no sirens during the night so they must like in other parts of the world maintain silence during the night hours. Some people have complained about the mattress but we had no trouble and slept really well on the beds. Only thing to say is the mattresses in our room were memory foam so expect them to be hard if you are not used to it. The room was too warm for us but were thankful for the windows which could be opened which let in just the right amount of cool air to make it comfortable to sleep. The room has air con but like other hotels we have stayed in it is centrally controlled so in the winter it only pushes out hot air and you can’t adjust it to the cold setting to push out cool air. The breakfast is great value and we thought for the money was excellent. It caters for almost everyone - cold meats, fruit, yogurts, tea/coffee on tap, best toaster we have experienced in hotels which actually toasts your bread(!), selection of breads, mini croissants, selection of sweet pastries, selection of cereals, fried eggs, bacon, sausages ( 1st day of our stay we had pork sausages which were lovely but on our second day we had the Spanish red sausages which look like like hit dogs which weren’t to our taste but there was plenty of other stuff so no problems!), beans (but don’t expect Heinz beans in thick sauce - the tomato sauce was quite watery and runny but this is not unusual we have found in other hotels we have

Questo è uno dei più belli hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato. E 'la perfetta miscela di architettura spagnola e interiori e tutti i comfort più moderni che si potrebbe desiderare. Perfettamente mantenuto in ogni angolo. Carino personale, efficiente, amichevole e molto utile. Tuttavia abbiamo trovato la cena molto deludente. I menu sono vecchi e vani! Molto doveva leggere. Starters avevano alcune strane combinazioni. Ordiniamo il pesce, e mio marito doveva essere sostituito. Il colazione mattina era eccellente con una scelta molto grande, bella mangiare fuori sulla terrazza con bellissime viste sulle montagne. Un hotel così bello, in mezzo a montagne spettacolari, con vista verso il basso della costa, sembra essere lasciato in piedi da alcuni dei cucinanti!

L'hotel era grande .. ero tutti inclusi .. in una camera doppia .. Il cibo era davvero bello.. buona selezione per colazione e cena.. potrebbe essere un po' più frutta.. Il divertimento non era così buono come l'ultima volta, ma è comprensibile come non molti ospiti Il personale era brillante , molto utile e amichevole , il team di intrattenimento era eccellente ! La stanza è molto spaziosa , pulita e calda , calda con una selezione di tè e caffè , TV UK e bel balcone . Il prezzo era buono per 2 persone ma ero da solo e non avevo un sconto.. sarebbe stato brillante se ci fosse uno sconto di persona

Cerchiamo una pausa di Natale ragionevolmente prezzi nella regione di Valencia/Alicante di Spagna, e abbiamo utilizzato altri hotel nel Port Hotel Portfolio regolarmente nel corso dell'anno, quindi abbiamo deciso di Port Europa Calpe. Sì, alcune delle stanze sono vecchie e le stanze sono anche vecchie, quindi se non ti piace andare in bagno per fare una doccia, chiedi una stanza moderna. Ma il personale è molto utile, la casa è stata eccellente, abbiamo pagato per una vista sul mare e abbiamo goduto di guardare il sole invernale splendido ogni notte. A noi piaceva la posizione, un po’ più tranquilla e un bel passo al porto e al centro della città lungo la promenade. Uno dei miei notizie è che il gruppo di età è certamente più matura, e quasi nessuno si vestiva per la sera. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con il divertimento, quindi non possiamo commentare. Ma ci piaceva il cibo, anche se è come mangiare in una caffetteria scolastica, le tavole sono imballate insieme e le sedie in plastica sono un po' fuori posto, ma sappiamo che l'amore spagnolo è vicino insieme per poter godere l'uno l'altro compagnia. In generale, per un inverno tranquillo e buono valore, abbiamo pensato che fosse un buon valore per i soldi.

Excelente hotel, mucha variedad en el buffet, está ubicado para ir a varios puntos de la ciudad, la atención del personal excelente, nosotros compramos excursiones en el hotel que es más práctico te ayudan en lo que necesitan, seguramente volveremos, recomendable 100%, las instalaciones están muy bien y por la noche el show estuvo súper, desde mi punto de vista un hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos

Lovely hotel, great location, good food we were b&b but did pay for dinner one evening, lovely pool bar staff and reception, the roof top bar is fabulous one of the waitresses was very rude to so we were put off using it again after that, the only let down for us was they charge €4 a day to charge mobility scooters up never known this at any other hotel, the beds were a little on the hard side for me but that is just my personal taste, this would not stop us booking here again though,

Hotel con belle camere piene a sud, molto bella terrazza con vista sulla strada e piscina senza vista sul mare. Pulizia inaccettabile, personale piacevole e disponibile tranne nel Spa. L'hotel merita un rinfresco, soprattutto le sale da bagno. Decorazione 25 anni fa, ma molto ben mantenuto. Ristorante bof bof, tipo cantina. La colazione e bene con la scelta. I pasti del pomeriggio e della sera passate il vostro cammino, a meno che non sia puramente cibo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ok fuori stagione. L'hotel mette in evidenza servizi che esisteno solo in alta stagione.
