Honestly the room smell no good,, but the location is very inconvenient for me... Near at train station And market place, mall, I booked included breakfast but I like it to😥

The room was clean but smelled of smoke. We were accommodated to have another room that doesn't smell like smoke. They need to be stricter in check out processes to ensure that guests don't smoke. There aren't many facilities in the hotel as it's a single tall building, but they make up for tourist flyers in the lobby, the quality of toiletries, the courtesy of the staff to ensure that the room is clean and belongings are safe. I like its proximity to the airport and metro station, and shopping area. I also like the quality and taste of the breakfast served.

Its nice to be their customer, the people are friendly. Worth to stay.

Only great thing about this hotel is location and convenience the room is un tidy. They promised breakfast included but on our last day breakfast wasn’t provided. It’s overpriced for the quality. They charged me a four star hotel rate for a 2 star quality hotel.

Near the station. Lots of restaurants nearby hotel. Rooms is not tidy but acceptable

Convenient location near the train station. Room is acceptable. But sound proofing is poor can hear people talking in the street. Strangely the bed shook by itself 😅
