I loved it. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. The amenities were nice. Super convenient to get around and downstairs already has A very cheap and nice coffee shop! We didn’t make it to the included breakfast as when we got there they were closing soon so we just ate at the lovely shops nearby.

Very friendly staff, offered me late check out which my flight is evening flight. Definitely will come again. Good!

Perfect location and breakfast was awesome. Lack of parking is to be expected. Room very clean and bed very comfortable

Hotel services feels good, room and public area are both tidy and clean. As for the breakfast, the taste of noodle feels goods, but not too much foods to choose. To conclude, the rating for me is good compared with the hotel prices.

Overall is great except a little far from mtr station but there are many snack store nearby

Some facilities need to be repaired.

位置於清湖地鐵B出口，走到該酒店大概5分鐘左右，前台小意很熱情，酒店地理位置很好，離地鐵也較近，還提供洗烘服務在6樓，點外賣還有機器人送，還有3樓也有簡易的健身房，二樓是吃早餐的地方，很豐富，電梯位置有標註性，用心了

位置方便，距離清湖站B1出口行5分鐘。衛生可以的，浸浴時可望到全廳位置，很有通透感，又可邊浸邊睇電視。 想有私隱的話，可落簾。喜歡落地大窗，雖然要落紗布，但對著大窗看書很舒暢，隔聲都可以。雖然10時可check in ,但都視乎有冇房，當天我13：45到，職員話要等30分鐘，後來我到附近食lunch，都有很多食店，食完回酒店就有房了，最喜歡是可以16：00退房🥰，唯一就是冇衣櫃和衣架，如可提供衣架就更好了，這次是美好的體驗。

第一次入住麗楓酒店，整體感覺都令我很滿意，check-in時，前台一位懂粵語的小姐提升我們的房間，整間房間光亮，給人很舒服的感覺，牀單也很清潔，整間房間也很清潔，服務人員的效率也很高。附近有很多小店和食肆，到地鐵站也不是行太遠，因為這次的經驗，下次還會選用麗楓集團旗下的酒店。
