Always a good experience here and the breakfast was nice the staffs friendly and the place very accommodating. welcoming vibe per usual.

Overall nice stay. Breakfast is good. Free entry to Trans Studio theme park next to the hotel. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel was OK. Junior suite was spacious enough. Breakfast was great. It's pretty far from the TP terminal. It's expensive.

Food has alot of options, the servive was great, vry kind and helpful always greets us in the morning, they also upgraded my room to a family room, hope to stay here again

The shower head was not working well. The breakfast was good with a variety of spread. Other than that, everything was ok.

Efforts must be made to improve the air in the room as it smelt musky and damp. Had to purchase air freshener for the room. Needs refurbishment of carpets as it had obvious stains. Staff were pleasant and courteous and service is acceptable.

Hotel was ok, breakfast spread could be better.

Very bad experience during my check-in at night hours on 2023 April.My 2 rooms at 1st level was very dirty and the bedsheet/pillow was so smelly.Reported the issue to hotel and nothing been changed after I came back 2 hours later to see the situation.I called Trip immediately regarding this issue and wanted to check out since I have not stay in the room.Trip unable to refund me as it was hotel policy.Trip only award me Trip Coins which is no value at all.Customer view and unsatisfactory of room condition reporting was just a paper or phone call exercise which not taken seriously.I left the hotel and managed to check in to another nearby 4 star hotel which is very much comfortable and clean.Don't land yourself in my shoes, it cost a lot of trouble especially when you travelling with your young children and get this horrible service.

There were small cockroaches in the room. The bedsheets were not clean and when we requested for extra bed, we ended up have to carried ourselves.
