My recent meeting at the Sheraton Belitung Resort was exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially Agus. Thank you for always taking care of us and asks us about our stay during breakfast, Agus ensured that every detail was taken care of, making the experience seamless and impressive.

Sheraton Belitung Resort offers a tranquil escape amidst the stunning landscapes of Belitung Island. While the signage might be easy to miss on the entrance, the warm hospitality of the staff more than makes up for it. The food is delicious, featuring a variety of flavors to savor, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable haven after a day of exploration. Overall, a cozy retreat where you'll feel welcomed and well taken care of.

I visited here with my family for my mother's birthday. And I had a good time with my family. Thanks to staffs for giving kindness to my family. Especially, ERMA, she spent a lot of time for chit-chat with my family. So thank you, ERMA!! Wish your all dreams come true.

Our vacation in this Hotel was one of our most relaxing ones. Starting with the incredible nature this Hotel is surrounded, the insane view to the ocean and ending with the absolutely fantastic job the team did, there is a hotel build out of nature products into a beautiful piece at natural land.

It was a wonderful holiday in this resort with superb staff and service + impeccable beach. Especially Maharani, Aras and Richard made this stay unforgettable with their high service orientation and attentive attitude. The surprise for our mothers birthday was the icing on the cake. As often in those hotels, parents are most annoying, who don’t have their kids under control as well as complaining new rich guests from overseas with excessive expectations. However this is not a problem of the hotel, but you will meet them also in such a beautiful remote resort.

I really felt like in a sanctuary. This resort is an oasis of silence. It's a very special resort, very different of others. You feel connected 100% with the nature. The beautiful beaches and the views delight your eyes. The amenities were amaizing, as well as the staff. Special thx to Wanda, Celine, Aris, Robin, Hamidah, Agus, Dimas, Farid, Cahyo, Rani and everyone else we interacted with. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

We had the pleasure to stay in this paradisiac island 4 days with my husband during our honeymoon. Since the very first moment we arrived to this beautiful hotel we felt welcomed by an incredible kindness and hospitality. Everything was absolute perfect, from the delicious food (traditional Indonesian, fresh fish, Italian) to the service. Staff was very professional, always smiled and friendly. Always attentive to our needs. Our room was clean and included any comfort, The beach closed to the hotel was amazing. White sand clean, we felt we were on desert island. Crystal water and warm see make you feel not to want to go out from the water. The hotel’s property offers unmissable excursions to nearby islands, I also recommend the massage in the Spa. Western tourists were very few and they have not yet trampled the wide unspoilt spread of this island, so the locals are sincerely welcomes with foreign guests. Everything was really fantastic, that is difficult to convey with words the emotions we experienced. A special thanks to Rani, especially empathy and helpful and attentive to our every days need. We will definitely return soon.

Stayed 3 nights here for My birthday trip. Had a great time staying. Highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in Belitung. Worth to visit. The food was amazing.. The staff are very helpful and welcoming: Rani, Akbar,Kukuh,Tan,Agus,Erma. Thanks for the surprise. Will be back soon.

Stayed 3 nights here for pre Eid holiday with my 85 years-old Grandma. Worried a bit because she has trouble walking long distance and has specific food preferences. But the whole Sheraton team has helped me to not worry (Glad I chose this place and followed my friends' recommendation). The arrival experience was amazing, greeted by name by the entrance team. Agus and Cahyo professionally helped to do in-room check in and also the resort orientation while riding the buggy. The room was prettily decorated by the Guest Experience Team led by Tan (who has been very helpful with the ointment and laundry) and Rani (she has a genuine smile and care for the guests). Not to forget the very cute Tarsler towel art by Rudi, thank you. We spent most of the time at the Island Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The whole team was AMAZING both from chef and service team. They helped me to cater the diet for my grandma out of the menu and superb friendly. Big shoutout to Celin, Richard, Sri, Selvia and the whole team for being very friendly and warm. The breakfast buffet selections covered the necessities and they have menu rotation so you won't get bored. On side notes, the outdoor beachfront table is amazing for early dinner with beautiful sunset. During the stay, we bothered the concierge team a lot especially Rizki with his story of Belitung Timur and Mare (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong). Thank you for always picking us up with the smile. The housekeeping service was also impeccable. Neat, tidy, clean and super cute! Making the room very homey and lovely. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the outdoor bath tub so I did not use it at all (they actually can provide privacy partition if you request). In conclusion, we had a really enjoyable and wonderful time in Belitung. The pool is very big, the beach is very clean and beautiful, the whole resort complex is relaxing with their e onature and reserve concept. Perfect place for those who wants to relax and pampered by seamless 5-star services. So glad to experience and thank you Sheraton Belitung for helping me make memories with my Grandma. Kudos to everyone.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Sheraton Belitung. It is a beautiful resort with spaceous and comfortable rooms, a very nice restaurant, beautiful private beach + pool and very good Spa. What made our stay truly special however was the staff. We have stayed at quite a few 5* resorts before and have never ever been so blown away by how passionately every single employee we met was trying to make sure we had the best experience possible. From the moment we arrived, we were spoilt 🥰 The lovely anniversary surprise that waited for us in our room was especially sweet. Thank you so much to everyone for taking such good care of us, especially: Rani & Agus from the Guest Experience Team Ikbal from the Front Desk Aras, Hideki and Aras from the Restaurant Team and Rizki for taking us to see the Honey Farm (and everyone else because I am terrible with names …) We hope to be back soon!

Sheraton’s private beach was the reason we picked this resort for our stay. The staff is very friendly and makes an effort to make your trip memorable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, food at the hotel is pretty good and prices are quite reasonable.

Had a great time staying and do prewedding photo session at Sheraton Resort Belitung. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend everyone to give a visit especially those who wants to have a serene holiday experience. Best hotel in belitung. Even have bee farm activity for hotel guests. A bit far from the city, but you have direct access to the beach and they also have heated pool. Room was clean and had good aircon. Staffs were all very helpful and nice. If the weather is clear, the beach is nice and you can go island hopping.
