Hotel vicini a Upside Down World Alam Sutera a South Tangerang

Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.

La stanza è bella e pulita.C'è piscina proprio lungo il corridoio o davanti all'ascensore. È un posto Passar 8.This pieno di varietà di cucina e comprende servizi ATM. C'è anche un grande centro commerciale vicino a questo luogo.

Globalmente buono per il soggiorno, ma devo depositare 50k idr non credo necessario per 3 stelle hotel Tutto bene e pulito

Mi sorprendeva di trovare come si trova l'hotel Trembesi posh. E 'stato creato solo nel 2022. Molto alta tecnologia, spaziosa camera da letto, vista sorprendente (specialmente di notte) con pannello di finestra senza saldatura. La doccia era forte, il soggiorno generale era bello. L'unica cosa che lasciamo qui è il buffet.La selezione era grande, ma possono aggiornare il gusto, anche se il servizio in camera era meglio

Makanannya enak walaupun kurang banyak pilihan. Tapi overall nyaman dan tenang hotelnya. Bersih juga. Tapi sendal hotelnya sendal jepit. Agak ragu mau di pake. Usul pakai sendal hotel seperti hotel lainnya aja ya. Makasi.

Parti di camere d'albergo in corso di rinnovamento. Circa 8 di mattina, il suono dei lavoratori che colpiscono il pavimento sopra può essere sentito molto chiaramente, non troppo bene per il momento.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel
