Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.

Sono andato al concerto al ICE, è 20 minuti di guida al ICE, ma la posizione vicino ad un altro centro commerciale e al cibo. La stanza è buona e confortevole, ma devo mettere meno per la pulizia, non essere sicuro se sia una tovagliola fresca, un po' sporca, ci fosse un labbro o un segno sullo specchio.

La posizione è grande vicino al centro commerciale. L'unica preoccupazione è la tariffa di parcheggio che non è convenzionale per il taxi perché devono pagare quando si prega di prendere il cliente dall'hotel. Alcuni taxi online non sono disposti a prelevare e fa il tempo di aspettare così lungo

La posizione è grande, possiamo trovare il centro commerciale, l'ospedale, l'autobus e la stazione ferroviaria vicino all'hotel.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Sono stato un ospite frequente a Flat06 Cipete per un po', e devo dire che il servizio raramente si disappunta. Il personale è amichevole e utile, le securità sono anche gentile e utile. Questo posto non ha una tavola di ricezione così spesso è stata la sicurezza che ci ha salutati e ci ha controllati. Mi piace questa idea, è efficiente e semplice. La connessione a Internet è meravigliosa e attualmente hanno applicato un nuovo servizio che in ospiti Superior Rooms potrebbe avere un servizio di streaming di reteflix sulla loro stanza, è grande. La pantria è anche molto bello e pulito, proprio come il resto del posto. In generale, questo è il mio posto preferito per soggiornare a sud di Jakarta.
