Prima volta ad Agadir ho scelto questo hotel tra i tanti conoscendo già la catena Fairmont . Ottima scelta ! Hotel nuovo con tutto a disposizione . Camere spaziose vista oceano meravigliosa . Professionalità e accoglienza di un cinque stelle lusso di tutto il personale del’ hotel dalla reception con Youssef che mi ha organizzato il transfer privato dall aeroporto e alle colleghe dell accoglienza al mio arrivo e partenza . Un grazie a Nezha che mi ha organizzato un escursione personalizzata nel deserto con una guida e autista seria e preparata . Una bellissima esperienza ! Perfetto anche il sevizio di pulizia camera . Insomma tutto PERFETTO! Super consigliato !!!

Il Fairmont Taghazout Bay è un hotel di recentissima apertura, infatti ha aperto i battenti a luglio 2021. È un hotel spettacolare da tutti i punti di vista e le 5 stelle sono ampiamente meritate. La signorina che ci ha accolti alla reception si è occupata di noi in modo squisito, ci ha accompagnati alla camera e nel frattempo ci ha mostrato la dislocazione dei ristoranti, piscine e area attrezzata antistante la magnifica spiaggia. Ci è stato offerto upgrade in camera deluxe fronte oceano, arredata in modo elegante e dotata di un bagno altrettanto degno di nota. Mi ha colpito la sistemazione della cassaforte intelligentemente sistemata all'interno di un cassetto, praticissima da utilizzare! Ottima la cena a buffet al ristorante Common, altrettanto buona la colazione. Tutto il personale è attento, gentilissimo e disponibile, fa sentire il cliente veramente coccolato. Sono stata molto felice di aver soggiornato qui e spero vivamente di tornare.

This hotel is located in a nice area, very big and beautiful, we enjoyed all the restaurants in the hotel, and the beach also. The rooms are beautiful and clean ! I will definitely go back !

Beautiful and stunning resort with such a relaxing peaceful vibe. The staff are so very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big, comfortable and modern, the bathrooms are great. An issue with one of our rooms and daughter was professionally rectified within 24 hours with a room change and some delicious chocolate. The adult pool looked lovely although we obviously didn’t use it, the main pool (kid friendly) was perfect. Breakfast is truly delicious, the pastries are particularly wonderful! We ate in Beef and Reef for lunch and dinner, and also Tapas for dinner which are both delicious (we ate out locally and also in Agadir) Loved it!! Although I do feel like it lacked a coffee shop or similar for during the day

We had a few drinks at the Tapa Wine Bar and Ayoub looked after us and provided a great experience. Hamza also checked in on us and the staff were fantastic and both assets to Fairmont. Great ambience, location and views. Next year we are coming to stay!!

I had a great experience during my stay at Fairmont Taghazout Bay. Everything was smooth and relaxing I really want to thank Youssef and Baskar at the Family Pool they were super friendly and always helpful. They made us feel welcome every day Also I loved the Italian food, it was really tasty! Big thanks to the team at Beef and Reef they were kind and professional. Looking forward to coming back soon

Beautiful hotel with very attractive grounds over looking the sea. I loved the planting in the gardens. We had a large sea view room with a king bed and a huge balcony in the block nearest all the amenities. We were first put in a room furthest from everything, overlooking the sea, but with a building site and a road to the side which we could see. We complained and we were moved but it was a disappointing arrival. We would also have expected a cold drink on arrival at the hotel, water, after a long day travelling. However the manager of the Italian restaurant, Ibrahim, looked after us very well that evening, he helped us to relax and the food was delicious. We also loved the Japanese restaurant. The tiramisu in Beef and Reef was wonderful. Breakfasts were excellent with a huge choice, eggs cooked any way you would like. Having a peaceful adults only pool was lovely, one could stay there all day reading and enjoying a snack. My biggest criticism of the swimming pools (there are 3) is that there are no hand rails, just ladders to get in and out of the pool. There are gentle steps going into the pool but I have balance issues so really need to hold onto something to get in and out of the pool. Other guests kindly helped me. So if you have weak legs this hotel isn’t ideal. It would be very easy to have one rail in the adult only pool by the steps. We found the concierge very helpful, all the staff were charming with the exception of the Tapas bar, we were told the restaurant was full when it was clearly empty! Would go again if hand rails into the pool were installed.

Absolutely amazing place. Everything was perfect. We stayed in one of the villas & possibly one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed. Every single member of staff went above & beyond but a special Thankyou must go to Yassine, Khawla & Oussama. They are a credit to the hotel.
