L' esperienza poteva essere positiva se non fosse stato per la brutta esperienza vissuta la sera di Capodanno.Avevamo prenotato per tempo il buffet della cena del 31 con conferma da parte della struttura. All' orario previsto ci siamo presentati in sala , mostrando la card con il numero della camera ed il relativo cognome ma l' addetta al controllo della sala (qualificatasi come sign.ra Al.) non trovandoci in elenco,ci ha trattati malissimo, dicendoci che non avevamo fatto alcuna prenotazione e facendoci intendere che lei non capiva a meno che non parlavamo in inglese.Solamente quando abbiamo protestato alla reception ci ha raggiunto e,sempre con modi sgarbati,ci ha incolpati del disguido dicendo che ci eravamo qualificati con il cognome e non con il nome che invece compariva sulla sua lista delle prenotazioni. Tutto ciò ci ha rovinato l umore ed il clima festoso di fine anno .Per tutto il resto il soggiorno è stato ok. L hotel si trova in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro storico,con una passeggiata di 15 minuti e a soli cinque minuti dal terminal degli imbarchi per Helsinki.Di fronte,un grande centro commerciale per ogni evenienza..Ottima la colazione,anche se scarsa di dolci , personale della sala colazione e reception gentile.Bagno della camera non proprio pulito il giorno del nostro arrivo ( doccia con capelli di altre persone e wc sporco) ..

Ottimo hotel situato vicino al bellissimo porto di Tallin personale gentile e disponibile. Con la sua posizione è tranquillamente raggiungibile tutti i punti della città. Ottime le stanze ed il bagno. Ampie e luminose dotate di tutti i comfort e silenziose. La colazione da dimenticare. Prodotti non di qualità e una volta terminati tutti i prodotti non venivano nemmeno sostituiti. Praticamente se arrivi a colazione alle 9.45 ti devi accontentare di quello che è rimasto. Sicuramente da migliorare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il soggiorno in Estonia. Che dire, ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulizia camera ottima e la vista dalla camera impagabile. Colazione buona, varia, internazionale ed abbondante a buffet. L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Tallin. Lo consiglio per prezzo e perchè si trova vicino al porto.

Ottimo Hotel situato vicino al porto, ad un centro commerciale .Comodissimo per imbarcarsi per Helsinki.Per arrivare in centro bastano 10 minuti a piedi .Albergo ,molto grande e pulito .La camera dove soggiornavamo era spaziosa,pulita ,silenziosa con vista sul piccolo porticciolo .A colazione non mancava nulla molto varia e abbondante .Ottimo compresso per girare la città,qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.

Bellissimo hotel vicino al porticciolo da,dove si può prendere un traghetto per Helsinki...avessi avuto più tempo l'avrei preso. Posizione strategica anche per visitare il centro storico di Tallinn...a mio parere la città più bella delle Repubbliche Baltiche. Comodo anche il centro commerciale vicino ,adatto per gli ultimi acquisti prima del rientro in Italia. Le camere pulite e spaziose il bagno discreto con tutto il necessario. Colazione abbondante e anche se in varie recensioni si citava la scarsità di dolci devo dire che ,gradendo di più i salati,sono rimasta,soddisfatta...(ho apprezzato moltissimo il salmone affumicato a colazione,tra l'altro servito in tutti gli hotel in cui ho soggiornato🔝) Cena buona e varia Consigliato

Stayed on my own and got a regular room and not a ridiculous single room. Bed super comfortable, close enough from the old town for a nice walk, quiet you do not ear whatever your neighbours decide to do. Finally staff and breakfast very nice as well. My only reservation concern the sauna, ridiculous prices (25€ from recollection) for a very basic , nothing nice and warm sauna. Really not recommadable experience, surprinsingly sauna is free of charge during breakfast hours.... maybe the nordics love to have sauna so early? surely not other european folks....

Rooms are spacious yet basic, pillows are nice, beds hard. Staff on the unfriendly side, breakfast not alot of choice, the hot breakfast I had was cold. You only get 2 cups of coffee per stay, so 2 cups for 3 days as room service does not exist while you stay. They offered me late checkout online then later said I could not gave it. Only positive thing I can say is its handy if you want to catch a ferry. The female on reception has to be rudest person I have encountered in any country. The hotel is nice, even though no heating , it's the staff and service that let it down. If I come back to Estonia I would definitely use a different hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days as we were planning to do a day trip to Helsinki. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negative point is that the current works in the surrounding area csn make it a bit difficult to go to the old town. Staff were helpful and correct.

The hotel itself is decent. Clean, yet the bathroom seemed a little worn (broken tiles and table around the sink looked dirty). Bed was terribly hard. Corridors could have had better lighting (it was really dim). Breakfast was decent. I had messaged the hotel beforehand to ask about the chance of getting some gluten free bread or müesli on breakfast. I never got an answer. I asked the same question of a woman standing behind the counter checking our room number when going to the breakfast. She just seemed really rude and said "Just go look over there" and pointed to the breakfast room. So I went and found nothing. Not a single sign indicating anything about allergens. That was the biggest problem for me as a coeliac. No separate serving for gluten/dairy free or for vegans. However I thought I try my luck with one of the waiters and asked if there was any gluten free bread, and she said there was! So, I got some bread (not any non-contaminated butter though) but otherwise one just has to pick stuff that are most likely safe to eat. There were cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, also yoghurt and canned fruits, so I got my stomach full anyway. The location is very good if one arrives on a cruise ship. However there's a lot of building work going on in the harbour area, so walking around wasn't always easy. Short distance to the old town as well as to the Rotermanni area.

Pluses: Morning sauna, very good breakfast buffet, large standard rooms, with wood theme + you don't need to have the hotel card or other card to activate the electricity in the room = you can charge electronics when away. And the bed mattress is firm and good, almost better than the one I have at my home. The minibar fridge is empty, but cold, so you can cool your own drinks w/o taking out stuff. Minuses (not very substantial): No posters or pictures on the walls of the room, which gives a bit of a cold feeling. The Samsung hotel TV doesn't have a chromecast/miracast option, so you are stuck to linear TV, unless you bring a HDMI cable. Also the apps on the TV seem outmoded since BBC news didn't work, and Plex couldn't reach my server, enven though I could log in.

We booked the superior double with balcony for two nights. Hotel was very nice, clean and well appointed rooms. We chose to book not in old town bc we wanted a bigger room and we got it. Mattress was a good quality firmer one which we both found comfortable. We booked balcony so that we could sit outside but I didn’t realise that maybe ppl book the balcony rooms so that they can smoke, as the hotel provides ashtrays. We didn’t use the balcony due to that. It was still nice to have the big floor to ceiling windows though we kept them closed. There is construction in the area around the harbour but we didn’t hear any noise from that- we stayed Saturday to early Monday morning. Breakfast buffet was quite nice and there were ample vegetarian options and my partner enjoyed a helping of bacon that he enjoyed. 5 minute walk to the old town walls. Taxi was 15 euros to the airport.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location is very good Close to the Ferry terminal and the Nautica shopping mall. The hotel is also Close to Rotermanni and city centre. The room is quite spacious and bright. The beds are very Hard and not so comfortable, I woke up at the same time both nights. The bath room is not very good, so worn out and in bad shape. The floor tiles in the bath room looks dangerous, can be slippery when wet. The breakfast was Good and plentiful. The hotel staff is not very service minded, but still helpful.

Came to Riga by bus, and the hotel was only a 6-7 min walk from the bus station. And literally only some minutes from the hotel to the center of the city. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Had 2 superior twin rooms, with comfy armchairs and plenty of space - perfect if you want to sit together in the evening with 4 friends in your room. Very good breakfast. Used the delayed check-out - a handy option as our departure was at 4 p.m.

Reading some of the reviews, they mention staff are quite rude or negative. We have not found that. Checkin was quick and friendly, while other staff we have dealt with were great. The hotel is so well positioned to the ferry terminals, barely 5 minutes walk, while 10 minutes to the Centre of the Old Town. The area is quiet at night but has a lot of shops right next door. Everything you could want, from alcohol to hot food. The rooms were not large but larger than some we have come across on our trip. The real issue is no AC. It was very hot in Tallinn while we were there, which meant hot rooms. We did ask for a fan, which was delivered to our room. It was on 24/7. This lack of AC is a real issue with accommodation providers now as the climate heats up, something they are going to have to address. Breakfast was good with plenty on offer. We were particularly impressed how they kept up with the food throughout. If it ran out, it was quickly replenished. All in all, a good stay but hot nights.
