Beautiful resort. A little old but the room with access to the pool is great. Breakfast was okay. Pool is huge. Beach is private and clean. Resort offers lots of little activities like beach yoga, water aerobics, cycling! Great options for dinner at the restaurant!

amazing place in terms of quality of resort, exclusive beach and pool. food from Restaurant was disappointing, almost got robbed. they must focus on improving their Authentic Thai dishes from Restaurant menu. overall it was a Great experience.

We stayed at this hotel probably ten times, we love the pool, breakfast, happy hours at pool bar, gym and pool table. Room needs upgrade, the room we stayed the wooden floor slightly pop up due to humidity.

Beautiful place and calm. The employee have service mind .I enjoyed with all of activity cycling ,tabletennis, swimming etc And your breakfast had variety of food. Next time I will back again when I have time.

Gentilezza e tanti sorrisi in un luogo che è proprio come immaginiamo il paradiso... abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni meravigliosi tra escursioni, massaggi e anche la lezione di box thailandese:) . La struttura è vecchiotta e un po usurata, ma il personale compensa con gentilezza, pulizia e mille attenzioni....

Wonderful hotel, I can't state a fault perfect for me and my husband wanting a peaceful break in paradise. On a perfect beach miles long, lovely pool with swim up bar and snack bar, perfect cocktails. Plenty of sunbeds with no putting towels out early, enjoy a relaxing breakfast overlooking the beach and pool. Hotel provides a beach mat and bag, robes, slippers and flip flops and umbrellas so everything thought about. Rooms large with comfy chairs, large comfortable bed with lovely pillows, bathroom has lovely shower gels, shampoo and lotion. As much water as you need just ask for more. Staff so friendly and helpful, everywhere so clean. Great spa with super massages and good deals. Food great quality and variety.

This is our second time to TH. Being an adults only resort is appealing to us. While the resort is busy, it doesn't feel over crowded & there is no noise. It's beautiful & peaceful. It is an older resort so you do see the wear & tear around the resort but overall it's comfortable. And no different to other resorts we've stayed in, they all need a revamp. In my personal opinion I think there are some areas that need improvement as it's not the cheapest accommodation. It would be comfortable to have some type of unit in the bathroom - there's plenty of room for it - to place your toiletries. There really isn't much room. The shampoo/conditioner leaves your hair like straw so bring your own conditioner. It's little things that make the difference. The quality of the Thai buffet meal was nothing special, food was cold unless you got some dishes made on the spot. Also some of the food on the breakfast buffet was cold, the sausages & bacon. Sitting in a pot uncovered, it was always cold. The variety was enjoyable. Another disappointment was to see no hand sanitizers around the buffet area. Let's be honest, not everyone's hygiene is what it should be so by having these inexpensive bottles around the food/eating area would be beneficial. What we do appreciate is that all staff that interact with the guests speak & understand English. And they are all extremely friendly & professional. They made our stay! The pool access room is spacious & comfortable. The only discomfort due to back issues is going in & out of the pool. You have a ladder no steps & the balcony area for this type of room is small, not much room to move around. The main pool area is massive. Beautiful setting with palm trees & view of the sea. Again, it didn't feel crowded & it was quiet & peaceful. The staff happily walk around attentively to your needs. Our dinners were mainly at the restaurant outside called Frog Prince dishing up amazing Thai & Italian cuisine. Highly recommend!!! The cocktails menu & quality of drinks were great! There are smoking assigned areas around the resort, one being near the bar close to the reception area. So be prepared to smell smoke, unpleasant if you're not a smoker. We will keep an eye out for deals to come back again in the future

The Haven Khao Lak is sublime and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort is private, located right on the beach and just 15 minutes to the town centre. The hotel offers free shuttle bus services to the town and markets. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Restaurant is excellent with local Thai dishes and Western food options. The buffet breakfast is also good. Pool area is amazing with two bars to enjoy refreshments and snacks, and we were glad we spent the extra money for a room with pool access. There’s a gym and spa, and we loved our daily massages. Staff are friendly all around and Thor our cocktail waiter was outstanding ️ The only drawback to the hotel is the outdated TV’s. There’s no smart TV’s and we would have liked to login to our own account to watch our favourite movies and shows ️️

Absolutely incredible visit. Food was amazing, amenities were amazing, staff were BEYOND AMAZING! We met incredible people here, both locals and tourists, and I would completely recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit. It’s a LITTLE bit far from the downtown area, but there’s some good little restaurants and things to hit nearby, and the taxi service is easy to access. I would easily come back and will definitely miss it!
