Hotel a 4 stelle a Taipei

hotel undergoes heavy renovation - but did not disclaim this info while booking. very unpleasant stay.

Grande posizione vicino al quartiere shopping ad alto punto come Taipei 101. Suite è grande e dotata di jacuzzi. Il personale è amichevole e il posto è pulito. La mia unica preoccupazione è con l'aria con è troppo freddo e la parete remota non sembra funzionare affatto.

La prima volta che ho soggiornato a Tianhao House, il design della decorazione del bagno è buono, ci sono bagno turco, colonna d'acqua termale e jacuzzi, ma l'umidità nella stanza è troppo pesante ed è un po' ammuffita e scomoda. La condizione del contatore di notifica per il deumidificatore è stata migliorata e anche il contatore di consegna ha aiutato a consegnare la stanza alla stanza. Il servizio è molto buono. Questo prezzo è un buon valore per vivere nel distretto di Xinyi!

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

La posizione di questo hotel è buona, perché si trova proprio accanto a Wanhua TRA, stazione metropolitana proprio dietro di essa che rende la mia famiglia viaggiare facilmente. Molte grandi ristoranti vicino e mini marzo anche. La camera è buona, la pulizia della camera con personale pulito molto gentile.A parte il fatto che il filtro di aria condizionata deve essere pulito, le polveri sono trappolate all'interno della camera che può essere visto sul pannello di letto n specchio. Rimasi per 6 notti e tutto era grande. Il personale molto utile alla reception n concilia i contatori per risolvere le nostre domande nonostante le ore notturne tardive. L'unica insoddisfazione è stata che il personale dell'hotel, che si occupa di un posto vicino al contatore del dovere, ha visto il suo giro degli occhi con un'espressione infelicissima quando il suo collega le ha informato che vorremmo cambiare valuta.

La camera è pulita e la posizione è molto buona. È molto comodo essere vicino alla stazione MRT e alla bici. Il personale di servizio ci ha anche aiutato a passare a una camera per 4 persone. La prossima volta alloggeremo in un hotel a Taipei.
