Hotel in zona Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. Overall, room is clean, service is good, location is strategic with direct access to public transport. Service can be improved where they initially assigned a standard room size equipped with superior double bed to us who reserved a superior double room. Unfortunately we have to stay a night in the assigned room before shifting to the intended room. Photos below are the initially assigned room where it is different from the pictures shown on Trip.com for superior double room. Overall, it is still a good hotel.

La posizione era ottima e le strutture e i servizi non erano male, ma dato che si trova nella zona di un business hotel, potrebbe sembrare un po' angusto per venire con i genitori! La colazione può essere consumata in vari modi e in un locale spazioso, ma era affollato perché c'erano tanti ospiti! È stato il mio primo viaggio a Taiwan e ci sono stato molto comodamente perché era proprio di fronte all'uscita 5 della stazione di Ximen. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto anche solo della posizione, quindi lo consiglio!

The hotel’s located in a really nice area where there is the main bus line in front of it and about 10 mins walk to Taipei Main Station. It is also really close to Ximending Walking Street and night market, only 4-5 minutes walk. The staff is nice and welcoming. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast so in the common area in front of the front desk, there are only few instant noodle packages and some beverage for guests to purchase. They also helped me a lot when I asked if they have a microwave so I can warm up my food. They helped me right away and gave me the nicely warm food in about 10 minutes. So nice of them. The room is quite small imo and not really well furnished as I expected. There’s no closet in the room so they only have a rack hanging above the table which I find pretty weird but amusing to look at. The only thing I have a slight complaint about is the wifi signal. It’s pretty bad in my room (my room is the first room, in the corner). Also, my 5G doesn’t work well in my room even though it worked perfectly outside of the hotel. If you plan to stay a few nights in the center area and just need a room to sleep, I think this hotel is a good choice.

Servizio: ho chiesto se c'era un bar in piscina, e loro hanno detto che c'era, quindi ho detto di sì e sono uscito dall'atrio, ma sono tornati di corsa e mi hanno detto che la porta non era aperta. Era un membro dello staff molto grato. Tuttavia, non ci sono segnali sulla strada per la piscina o l'ubicazione dello spogliatoio o del minimarket. Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

Questo è un ottimo hotel! Sembra pulito e posh; sia all'interno che all'esterno e c'è un tubo caldo di primavera nella stanza! La stanza non è molto grande, ma è abbastanza buona per i tre di noi! La signora del personale dell'hotel ci ha avvertiti di un grande gruppo durante il nostro soggiorno e ci ha in anticipo insegnato a venire presto per colazione per evitare il massiccio giardino. Che buon gesto! La colazione è buona e mi piace la vibe complessiva dell'hotel. Mi dispiace che dovremmo restare per un'altra notte se il tempo ci permette!

L'hotel è un po' deluso, ma lo stato delle camere, le dimensioni, le strutture e le varietà di colazione sono il punto di partenza, il che rende il soggiorno soddisfacente al 70%. Guardate le passi quando si cammina all'interno e all'esterno del lobby dell'hotel. C'è una differenza di altezza tra il piano di lobby e il piano di foyer esterno. Ci sono negozi conveniente vicino (7-11) e c'è un raccordo a un vicino a bar nascosto. Il bar è un posto grande dopo le 8:00 e hanno solo 15 posti. Mi dica se vuole andare a questo bar nascosto. Torna all'hotel, la prova sonora della stanza è buona. Non ho sentito alcun rumore strano dalle porte a notte 😬😬. La foto è quello che avevo nel balcone. E 'un balcone pulito. Cerca di chiedere un piano superiore in prenotazione orario, quindi la vista orario non è ostacolata. Sono stato posizionato al 9° piano. Pls assicura la prenotazione dell'hotel Bentley e non dell'hotel Benz. Questi 2 hotel hanno una grande differenza.

Location is very sensible, especially if you are doing a transit in Tao Yuan airport. It took us about 20 minutes to get there.  It was very late when we arrived but you have access to 2 supermarkets, which is very convenient.  The room was very spacious where we got two double beds for family of four.

L'hotel è pulito e luminoso.Personalmente mi piace la lavanderia, l'hotel è dotato di parcheggio gratuito e il colazione è bello. Il punto di svantaggio dell'hotel è che l'aria condizionata, il suono è piuttosto turbante durante la notte. La posizione è leggermente fuori se si va in città, ma la cosa buona non è un guaio di traffico in quella zona.
