Great value stay, and this hotel offers free self serve laundry! They also offer free instant noodles after 10pm! Clean sheets and decent pillows too!

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit small. Rooms are clean overall. We just had a bad experience with bed bugs but the hotel was very accommodating.

This is our first family trip after covid, and would like to conclude that it was awesome! Was contemplating for very long which hotel to book, chance upon CityInn branch III and saw many positive reviews and recommendations and decided to give it a try. The team is extremely friendly and welcoming. They give a very positive and cheerful vibes, which totally make your day. The rooms are clean, with self service laundry room and also a mini pantry. Especially thankful to Sam from the night shift team. We see the extra effort he put in to help me and my family. Knowing that I wasn’t feeling very well and we had a toddler with us, he was proactive and fast in checking with us on our next day plan, giving us new suggestions to cater to the weather change, our concerns. He even go extra mile to prepare the printouts and had them sent to our room before he end his night shift in the morning. Our family is really grateful for his gesture. The day we check-out also happened to be my husband birthday. The team prepared a surprise cake and a handwritten card for my husband, we were so surprised and thankful. Sam, being super observant, even noticed my son’s birthday in early nov and he prepared a little advance gift for him. My son is extremely happy and our family felt so touched. Overall, we really had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Taipei! Their customer service are remarkable, thank you to the team once again! (:

Staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Ginny, Becca, Julia & Angel. Luggage weighing scale, luggage storage and laundromat service were available. Room was comfy and clean. Snacks and drinks were provided round the clock. Close to Taipei Main Station. Exit Y5 and through Qsquare mall. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nearby exit Y13 , and AirPort Express. Will stay again when i come Taipei .

Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Great location. They also thoughtfully provided free drinks, laundry and luggage storage. The only problem was that the room was too small, I was only one person and I think two people would have been cramped.

Tried this hotel for the first time, it's overall a good one, good value for the money. they got free snacks and even cup noddles! nothing to complain, it's close the Taoyuan metro, walking distanting to Ximending, surround by nice cafes and retaurants. very good city view. the only issue is noise that you can hear next door clearly

Convenience location with just nearby the AirPort Express and Highrail station, surrounding with local Food store.

Great Location, close to Tai Pei Main Train Station, MRT & Airport express line.

Very nice and cozy and clean too. Staff are very friendly. Provide cup noodles for supper. Very heart warming service.

The entire staff were very willing to help. They would answer all questions very accurately and politely The hotel offers free laundry. That is a big help to travellers. Anacks and coffee are always available You can order things through them. Prices are good and they keep very good record of everything . They asked me for a survey. I did tell them how to improve more. The manager answered personally That was amazing

Basic hotel. Good location. But small rooms. Some are without windows. So rem to choose family room if you need a window.
