Very convenient near to Taipei main train station.. easy access to train and some food within walking distance

Always my go to hotel in Taipei. I love how it is so accessible and the staff are efficient, service oriented etc. Clean rooms and fuss free check-in and out. Breakfast was good too

Quite dark in the room and the lobby, even though guest service was perfect.

This is one of my favour hotel . Always come back here for business and holidays

Amazing hotel. Looks dark which some may not get used to it. Suitable for families.

Location is near Taipei main station however it is very complicated to walk to the hotel using the underground mall. Preferably to walk on above ground. The hotel is quite dimly lit. My spouse does not feel comfortable staying there as she feel quite spooky. However the hotel is going green. Therefore many things are not provided.

Room was nice and generally clean but coffee cups had drink stains on the cup lip. No amenities provided on the basis of sustainability, which is understandable, but only one small reusable glass bottle for drinking water in the room. Charging plugs and sockets were hidden behind the desk lamp. None at the bedside, which was a pity. Lighting control was also finicky and not easy to use. Gym equipment was interesting.

It was a decent stay near train station that is directly connected to the airport. Convenient to explore the city. Room is dark and smaller than the photo. In general, it is pretty nice.

Love the design of this hotel. Room is huge compared with those hotel around Ximending. Good location as it is few steps away from Taipei Station.

We stayed there for 3 nights. It’s literally next to the Taipei train station and it’s convenient to get around the city. The service is impeccable for a 4-star hotel. There is a Michelin 3-star Chinese restaurant but it was fully booked during the days we stayed there. However, the rooms here are a bit dark, make it a bit spooky. I like the people and location of the hotels. But not sure if I will come again.

Convenient location just right next to Taipei Main Station where you can take MRT or National Rail. Helpful and friendly staffs at the front desk!

Palais de Chine was a very grand hotel and the atmosphere made us feel like we were in a castle. The room was excellent with a bathtub in the shape of a water droplet and a very beach resort-like shower. The minibar drinks were all free so we could drink all of them to our heart’s content as it would be refilled the next day. Suggest to replace alcohol drinks to more soft drinks or ********* tea drink. The housekeepers were friendly and housekeeping was fast. The coffee and tea were good and the TV could be broadcasted and there were many interesting channels. The location was good and near MRT stations to get to other places easily. The WiFi was excellent and fast and the beds were big and comfy. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Palais de Chine and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and easily accessible as it is located just above Taipei station, and staff are friendly and approachable. The hotel stay was comfortable and enjoyable with positive experiences. I had recommended the hotel to my friends.
