Very pleasant stay. I have miscommunication with the hotel and missed my airport pick up service. Luckily trip.com addressed my issue attentively and their staff were helpful and friendly, who handled my request promptly and professionally. I will recommend trip.com to my friends and relatives when booking a hotel.

I always choose Regent Taipei when I come to Taipei as the location is convenient, the staff is polite and the room is spacious. The price is also very competitive too.

Old skool business luxury hotel, room clean but lighting was rather dim, not much of a city view though. Breakfast buffet was delightful with plentiful selection of local and international dishes

Everything is great about this hotel, spacious rooms with stunning views, heated swimming pool, amazing sauna, delicious breakfast combining Asian and European cuisine, convenient location, helpful staff. I will definitely stay there on my next visit in Taipei.

A luxury hotel, big room, comfortable bedding. There is a welcome fruit upon arrival. Many luxury branded stores in the Regent Gallery. We love the live band in the lounge area, buffet breakfast/ dinner are being th good.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.
