There are some problem about A/C that isn't make the cool and low to blow the airflow but hotel changes to another room (1730》1030) without add charging cost. the room is near the maid room so the noise will be all the working time.

Great location and clean room. Unfortunately the water pressure for warm/hot water in the shower is very low.

The location is just few blocks away from taipei main station and to ximending as well. Its very convenient. The staff are so nice they let us leave our baggage even after our check out and let us pick it up in the evening. I just had a problem with the wifi at night but overall the stay was good.

Lies about location said it was going to be a city view The view ended up being a brick wall. The hotel is dingy the staff is unprofessional, they call you well before check out time to wake you up and the phone is basically allowed alarm and then they bang on your door asking for more money more money than the entire booking. Taiwan it's horrible for people to stay in at hotels and this is a good example of it.

The location is great. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room are spacious enought if compare with others hotel in Ximending.
However, the hotel very old, no soundproof even able to hear upstair room guest walking, kids playing :(.
We are unable sleep through the nights. If you are light sleeper not recommend for this hotel.
