It's a great hotel with great facility and great location. It has great and instaworthy design.n Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down. The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get. Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price) The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair trea**ent. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me). So my insight from this trip is: 1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room 2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

Ero in un accordo di 18 ore e era una buona permanenza. Il mio pick-up aeroportuale era in tempo e non si importavano che il mio volo fosse tardi. La macchina aveva WiFi e era un viaggio semplice. Il check-in era semplice e il ricevitore parlava inglese. Ho avuto alcune domande che erano tutte risposte sufficienti. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'hotel era vicino al 101 edificio che era una bella vista. C'era anche un centro commerciale a meno di 10 minuti di distanza. Mi fermerò di nuovo.

Hotel is located in the glamorous district of Xinyi. It’s in walking distance to fancy malls and 101 building. From the pictures of the rooms, you can see the hotel has moderately aged but still decently maintained. It’s functional and bright but does not fully adhere to the chic Le Meridien vibe. I wish the management can redesign the hotel to suit it more to the brand during next revamps. My SNA got approved to the junior suite and thank you to the team for assigning a corner suite for my stay. It is the same size as the regular suite but closer to look at the 101 building. However it may have some noise from the bar right outside and some events down on the street. Luckily it only lasted until before 11pm which is totally reasonable. The bathroom however, is gigantic. It’s nearly too big that wasted some space. I do not like the breakfast option in this hotel as it does not taste good. The options are not that much and most are really mediocre. I hope they can improve their F&B if I visit next time. The lounge is also very small. It’s easily full and the bar /snack area is tiny, same as the Renaissance. The lackluster food and self served cocktails are a let down for the premium price tag, pricing at almost the same as the W nearby. The pool is big and good for lap swims. However, I believe there are many locals joining the health club in the hotel which makes the already tiny hot bath area cramped and wet towels everywhere. People are also taking so loudly which kills the vibe. I immediately walked out as it is not relaxing at all. All in all despite the letdowns, I still think it is worth a visit due to its location, functional rooms and friendly service.

Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ comfort stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay, which was particularly reassuring in these times. While the hotel excels in style, the amenities are somewhat basic. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the lounge area was cozy and welcoming. However, I missed having a fitness center or a pool, which could be a downside for some travelers. In terms of value, CHECKinn is a clear winner. It was the most affordable option near the Taipei International Convention Center, without compromising on quality or comfort. For budget-conscious business travelers, it’s a perfect choice.

Non appena sono entrato nella hall dell'hotel, era davvero diverso dal precedente Nangang Pavilion e dal Nanjing Wuyi Pavilion. La trama era ottima. Il personale al bancone è stato molto gentile. Non ho chiesto un piano più alto. La signora al bancone ha detto che ce n'è solo uno al primo piano. Si consiglia di scegliere i piani alti per quanto possibile quando si soggiorna nella Zhongxiao Hall, perché il Mingyao Depar**ent Store è in fase di ristrutturazione

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. The location was convenient. It was near the City Hall MRT (took about 5-7 min

La prima volta che ho soggiornato a Tianhao House, il design della decorazione del bagno è buono, ci sono bagno turco, colonna d'acqua termale e jacuzzi, ma l'umidità nella stanza è troppo pesante ed è un po' ammuffita e scomoda. La condizione del contatore di notifica per il deumidificatore è stata migliorata e anche il contatore di consegna ha aiutato a consegnare la stanza alla stanza. Il servizio è molto buono. Very high rise hotel; - have very nice gym and laundry 24/7; - rooms are cosy and comfy, modern. Price is reasonable for Taipei. Minuses: would improve a little breakfast. But in general no complaints. Very good option for Taipei. For solo, friends, families or couples. FOr any occasion. Even staycation . Highly recommend.

Grande posizione vicino a Taipei 101, insieme alla stazione principale di Taipei con MTR convenientemente all'esterno dell'hotel. L'hotel stesso è al 14° piano. Era abbastanza comodo per soggiornare. Non ci sono strutture reali, ma il personale è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. Le stanche stanche guardano.

Non appena sono entrato nella hall dell'hotel, era davvero diverso dal precedente Nangang Pavilion e dal Nanjing Wuyi Pavilion. La trama era ottima. Il personale al bancone è stato molto gentile. Ho soggiornato al 6° piano questa volta. Con le pareti in legno chiaro che adoro, la stanza è davvero super grande, con una grande vasca da bagno e un bellissimo divano. Inoltre viene fornito con due seggioloni e il letto è super allargato. 👍👍 2 principi grandi e 2 piccoli non sono un problema Sì, è consigliabile che i piani superiori siano più silenziosi! Non ho chiesto un piano più alto. La signora al bancone ha detto che ce n'è solo uno al primo piano. Si consiglia di scegliere i piani alti per quanto possibile quando si soggiorna nella Zhongxiao Hall, perché il Mingyao Depar**ent Store è in fase di ristrutturazione

Isolamento sonoro super cattivo. Il suono del cellulare è chiaro e si ascolta vicino alla stanza per guardare i vestiti. Fate attenzione a dormire più dolce! Ho prenotato una camera da letto doppia. Dopo aver preso l'ascensore al piano superiore, ho preso il bagaglio per andare a un piano. Il personale dell'hotel ha detto che poteva aiutare a salire. Il bagno ha un bagno di acqua pallida, ma il panno di denti è indossato,  È necessario prendere il bagno per una volta nell'hotel.

It's a great hotel with great facility and great location. It has great and instaworthy design.n Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down. The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get. Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price) The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair trea**ent. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me). So my insight from this trip is: 1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room 2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience
