La posizione era ottima e le strutture e i servizi non erano male, ma dato che si trova nella zona di un business hotel, potrebbe sembrare un po' angusto per venire con i genitori! La colazione può essere consumata in vari modi e in un locale spazioso, ma era affollato perché c'erano tanti ospiti! They said they upgraded our room which is appreciated. The room was spacious. The facilities in the room are ok in general but 2 things could be better. First, there is no bathroom door, and there is a big window that allows you to see the bathroom from the bed. This is not our preference. Second, the shower head was nearly broken so it didn't work as it supposed to be. The water leak around the head. The shower head holder was also very flimsy. It cannot hold the shower head stably at several angles. The shower head can only be facing directly at you. Any downward angle wouldn't work.

Clean and big room. Daily cleaning and service recovery can be improved. Our toilet was clogged up and couldn't be used to shower because daily cleaning did not remove the hair. However hotel couldn't resolve the problem immediately at night as they didn't have engineering dept at work. There was also no service recovery for this incident.

Excellent hotel for couple; due to toilet and shower room / bath tub is an open concept. There is only a curtain to divide between bedroom and shower area. Cleanliness is tip top level. Service level is excellent. Will definitely stay here again. 6 mins away from MRT station.
